“Parcel direct is very good this being my first time using it. Very clear instructions and easy payment. Wide choice of couriers. However I can’t say the same about fedex priority. A disgrace. Dispatched on 5th to take 3/4 days and still waiting for delivery. And this is 9 days”

“Great, but... there is a need for some accessibility improvements. As a hearing-impaired person (and to prevent such from happening to you working there) it is essential to ensure that there are no excessively loud ring tones in the office that can leak into calls from customers. Loud noises stress all people, so the same would be good for in the office too. The last matter is simply one of specificity. I am dyslexic so it is important to state things with specificity by email and to differentiate clearly between the needs of ParcelDirect and third parties providing goods for pickup. That said, great information by email and friendly staff, so all good.”

“Booked DHL via parcel direct and all very efficient, had to call DHL to chase something up and they needed something called the PRG number, this wasn't on any of the info from parcel direct so i had to then call them, much to their credit they answered quickly without an impenetrable machine to get past first. The operative gave me the PRG immediately and was very helpful, i suggested adding the PRG on the invoice but he said 'ive never been asked for it in 5 years' well times are clearly changing! If the PRG was on the invoice it would have saved the extra calls. other than that things were good, however, having said that my parcel hasnt arrived at the destination yet so i'll reserve judgement for now”

“Parcel direct as a hub gathering couriers under one roof is an excellent service but the courier end of things all depends on the courier. Support it excellent, my courier choice ended up with damaged goods.”

“The order was collected at 9:15 am the morning after my order.Standard national delivery arrived to the purchaser in about 4 days. Yes I would recommend parcel direct.”

“Store location needs to be updated on the website as I went to one that was listed but no longer doing collections (Centra Togher). Customer service was excellent and the driver came to pick up at my house at no charge. Friendly and efficient. Thanks”

“Great service and value. It's great to be able to drop off a parcel 24/7 rather than wait for a depot's opening times. I took off one star as the packet was not stored in a secure box/room. Instead, it was left behind the counter on a shelf. My packet contained sensitive medical documents and I was not completely comfortable leaving it in such an open place.”
