“I wouldn’t use any other company the first time I used you I didn’t quiete understand the customs forms but the driver who came to collect my parcel was most helpful.And sending parcels by your company I know it will arrive on the date you give. Well done. I sent a parcel to Australia on Friday and delivered Tuesday I was amazed when I had a text thanking me.🤗”

“Should have had a time frame from the office as to when the driver would arrive. The driver thought that this had happened. The driver was very courteous”

“Horrible service, I will never use Fedex again, the worse company and experience. They deal with important documents and my parcel is delayed in one week. Do not use Fedex, you will be completely stuck.”

“I give Parcel Direct a 5 star rating for my experience so far. It was very straight forward to book my parcel and the fact that I don’t have to print any more labels is a plus. They were also the cheapest in the market for me.”

“My first time with Parcel Direct and I'm mightily impressed. Very comprehensive detail and superb service from Daniel in Support, who helped me through deleting a duplicate booking in my Shopping Basket. It's easy to get through to Support quickly and the service received puts most other companies, so called support, to shame. Good luck team and I will be back with many parcels!”
