“Found this companies web site so easy to navigate please don’t change it after numerous attempts with other companies I gave up not so with parcel direct all done in a jiffy”

“UPS DRIVER CAME TO COLLECT, HOWEVER, HE CLAIMED I NEEDED TO HAVE A LABEL ON MY PACKAGE? I MEAN IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR COLLECTION, THEY SHOULD GIVE YOU A LABEL AND NOT MAKE PROBLEMS OUT OF NOWHERE. THIS MAKES NO SENSE. YOU'LL BE BETTER OFF DROPPING OFF THE PACKAGE YOURSELF”

Hi Francesco, Sorry if you were confused with the service. You chose a service where you are required to print off the shipping label when you complete the booking. This label is presented to you in an A4 PDF Document so it can be printed on any printer. This label is required so the parcel can be scanned, tracked and delivered safely all the way to Canada. All shipments require a shipping label. If you need any help at all with completing your shipment, please just let my colleagues know at support@parceldirect.ie, and they can help you. “EXCELLENT SERVICE BUT HAD A PROBLEM WHILE PRINTING THE LABEL HOUSE NUMBER UNFORTUNATELY NEVER SHOWED ON TWO OCCASIONS. HOPE I GET THE LABELS RIGHT”
