“PARCEL TO MELBOURNE WAS PICKED UP ON MONDAY AND RECEIVED IN MELBOURNE ON THE THURSDAY. 4 DAYS IS ALL IT TOOK. IM AM SO HAPPY I DISCOVERED THIS COMPANY . I WILL BE TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES 100% RECOMMENDED BY ME.”

“Very clear postage options with transparent pricing. Competitively priced, and easy to compare carrier services, insurance costs, etc. I'm always concerned about posting overseas and how long it will take, and it was delivered on schedule. This was my first time using parceldirect.ie and it won't be my last!”

“I ordered a package to be delivered with UPS through Parcel direct, I received no details to confirm my booking of package and the delivery courier arrived to the door and had to leave without the package being sent. Very frustrating as I needed the package to be sent that day. I also cannot get through to UPS to speak with someone. Very disappointed as I was recommended this service”

“I'll be honest they do a good job never had issues with Parcel Direct, It always arrived on time. The only reason it wasn't delivered on time due to the country customs sucking... But yeah they're a good solid service definitely recommend them. One of the only services probably that let you ship items with batteries too. The prices are more reasonable than others and you can ship out quiet large packages abroad.”

“Shocking company to deal with. Paid for express postage for next day delivery, took a week for them to come and collect it. Rang several times to get the most unhelpful robotic individual on the other end. I literally spent 6 days in the house waiting for a delivery driver to collect the parcel as they kept saying he will be their tomorrow ect. Never again would I use this company, the stress and headache just was not worth it!”

“The web site is easy to understand with lots of guidance included. I had an issue with the drop off location but a phone call to customer service representative who was professional and very helpful cleared that issue. All in all, excellent service provided. Will certainly recommend Parcel Direct.ie.”

“Awful company to deal with there lost a machine below to way back in Jan I put a claim in more them 12 weeks ago and still no update I'm ringing every day getting no where my emails are going unanswered avoid this company at all cost”

Hi Geraldine, Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your shipment and I am very sorry about this parcel being lost. We have being working on an investigation to find this. Unfortunately with new customs being introduced in the UK at the same time, there has been some unfortunate losses. I do understand your frustration abut this, but we have to wait for all searches to be complete before we can complete the process. My colleagues are still working on this and will be tin touch asap.
