“They directed me to a non-existant drop-off point which could not receive my parcel and I lost an entire day due to this ineptitude. Cancelled the order but still 2 days later (I paid for overnight delivery service) I get a call from UPS asking where my parcel is. Still waiting for the refund. Furthermore I discovered a fake 5-star review supposedly posted by me from last year, which I never wrote, because I never heard of these clowns before last week. So I imagine most of the positive reviews on here are 100% fake.”

“Reservation sent me to a drop-off point that had never heard of Parcel Direct. Drop-off point unable to scan package and refused to take it. Lost an entire, extremely vital day because Parcel Direct indicated an incorrect drop-off point.”

“This is the WORST company in the world!! DO NOT USE!! They are scammers!!! They lost my luggage and one year later have not given it back to me, have not given me back the money it cost to post it or given me any money for the contents of the bag they lost. They just ignore my phone calls and send me empty promises in emails. They have caused me nothing but emotional distress and anxiety.”

“Very well priced and a good website. Fifth star will come when the collection date is more reliable, for urgent shipments its always a concern as sometimes the collection wont happen on the booked date.”

“You are offering a reward for people's "kind" words. Should it not be for a fair and critical review of your service? Few services are flawless. It was a good experience and relatively easy but the following issues did arise 1. I received no email to verify my registering of an account so I had to proceed without one. 2. I changed my mind with regard to enhanced cover but each time I tried to edit it would not remove this option, so I had to start again. 3. I could not verify where the customs details are kept or stated for the parcel (I assume they are done in some other format than stated on the parcel) 4. American states have a postcode for zip +4. You only allow the zip code. Otherwise the process was great and confirms "delivery made easy". Thanks”
