“The packet was collected in time, however, it was never delivered. Packet collected on the 15th of December, containing a Christmas gift order, due to be delivered in 4-6 days to the US by FedEx. On the 28 of December, order tracking shows the package is still in Dublin. Nobody answers the phone or emails. I am very disappointed.”

Hi Lavina, Thanks for getting in touch and letting us know about your shipment. I am very sorry for this delay with your delivery. I understand how important this is for you. Unfortunately, there were huge delays, and the US Customs could not clear all the parcels before they were allowed entry to the USA. We are hoping all the backlogs will be cleared and delivered asap. “It was so easy to book and get my pkg picked up. Unfortunately it was delayed in CDG and still hasn't arrived at its destination! They were Christmas presents for my grandchildren”

“Terrible service, paid a large amount of money for 4/5 day delivery, 10 days later the package still hasn’t been delivered can’t get any answers as no one answers the phone”

“Parcel sent to Madrid Spain Tuesday 21/12/2021 for delivery Wednesday 22/12/2021. It is now 23.30 24/12/2021 and parcel has still not been delivered. This was priority delivery!!!”

“As a 1st time user of ParcelDirect I was not sure what to expect, but their managed delivery of a parcel with Christmas presents to my son in Australia was expertly handled through FedEx, the delivery was made on the day specified in the initial schedule, and the excellent tracking through ParcelDirect and FedEx kept me updated through every step. Overall, an excellent delivery service that I would highly recommend.”

“If it were possible to give zero I would they are the worst courier service I have ever used, I have been waiting for 3 days for a parcel to be collected that was supposed to be a xmas present for my son, they do not answer the phone and have not responded to my emails, I am posting this review all over social media and so will all of my friends and family, I have requested a refund but no one has had the courtesy to respond”

“Odered pick up from office in ireland to employee in Uk. Attached the given label however the wrong a commerical invoice was given and delivery company would not pick up as we neede a proforma invoice. Contact Parcel direct via email 3 days ago and ask for this to be fixed. There has been no update. Emailed again today.”

“My parcel arrived at the correct destination (good), despite the online form not accepting the correct post code format. But it was delivered open (a large tear on one side, despite double boxed) and there was no mention or remark of the damage by the courier or the company.”

“As a new co I am happy with the service I got. My parcel got delivered to Edinburgh successfully to day Saturday. I was kept up to date with the progress of the journey. With covid and all the other restrictions I think you did reasonably well. I wish you well in the future and hope to use your service again during the year.
