“I use Parcel Direct for all my courier jobs. I find the website easy to navagate and on the few occasions when I needed to speak to someone, I found customer service to be extremely helpful . The pick up will always be as scheduled, and in practically every case, my parcel was delivered to the customer the following day . Their prices are the most competitive that I have found. An added bonus is being able to track your parcel every step of the way.”

“My urgent package sat in customs for a month - because the account name was different - I ordered with parcel direct who then outsourced to another company to deliver, because he names didn't match my package was left, many calls and emails and eventually it was delivered but not a good experience”

“ParcelDirect makes me happy because it is very easy to use, everything being done in one web session, it gives a simple choice of carriers with comparative costs, and the prices are much cheaper than going directly to those carriers and sometimes even cheaper than the national postal service, certainly so if you take into account having to go to the post office!”
