“The booking process is so user friendly. It is good to have two options to choose from depending on your budget or delivery needs. The driver arrived within half an hour of booking to collect the parcel. Delighted with the service.”

“AVOID. Really poor service-over six weeks to get an item to the UK. Won't let me use my insurance to cover the cost of the item. Can give no indication of how they will resolve this. Would give zero stars if possible”

“I had a few problems which I was unable to resolve myself so I contacted the office by phone. I was given help immediately and my parcel was booked for me with a collection for the very next day...the person who helped was patient,polite and very informative. I would recommend using Parceldirect.ie as they are also very competitive with their prices. Overall a very good service”

“I'm reasonably happy with your service, but usually find the parcels are never collected on time, sometimes almost a week late. On one occasion I actually had to order another courier, even though I had already paid for yours, but couldn't wait any longer. That said I appreciate there may be some delays owing to current circumstances . Also I've never got the free email you're advertising on delivery. Regards Mikie”
