“Unprofessional, unreliable. 3 days waiting for parcel to be collected. 7 days later the parcel arrived at its destination (80km away) goods were spoilt and had to be thrown away. When I complained I was told I should ve read the terms and conditions”

“Parcels were collected by FedEx early on the 1st Feb and were due to be delivered on 3rd before 6pm, still not delivered. The tracking says shipment exception and the virtual assistant does not understand our query. We just want to know what shipping exception is and when to expect the delivery.”

“I’ve never used a courier before and couldn’t believe how easy it was with parceldirect.ie! When I put in details I had a choice of 6 options- I picked cheapest and service was fab- very big parcel collected from my house next day! Zero hassle. Am just about to organise another parcel with them today- would highly recommend them!!”
