“Great service! Other companies wouldn’t take my parcel because of the dimensions but parcel direct did and was the cheapest. Parcel picked up from my house. The driver was friendly. Highly recommend. I will be using them from now on.”

“I have started to use parcel direct during lockdown when we could not send gifts to our daughter in NZ and post was taking 6 to 7 weeks to get there and could not believe their service was only taking 3 to 4 days. It is a fantastic reliable service and I would recommend to anyone.”

“My grandchildren live in the u.s.a, during the covid times we have not seen them in a year and a half. It is the most heart breaking situation. Although we can skype and face time it is not the same. Thanks to parcel direct we can send personal gifts to them in a matter of days in a very economical way and promptly. It helps the personal touch feeling. Thank you parcel direct”

“I do NOT recommend to anyone. Poor service, poor customer care. Booked an international fast delivery (1-2 days) on the 12th of March, letter collected on 18th, after many emails and phone calls. Also paid quite some money for delivering a birth certificate. Very disappointed!”
