“This was my first time using Parcel Direct. They collected my parcel as promised the day after placing my order. I got confirmation of a time slot on the day and the parcel was collected within this time frame. My parcel arrived at destination in N.I. the following morning and I could track it along the way. Overall I was very impressed with the service from Parcel Direct and will have no hesitation to use them again. PS .. The cost was very good too”

“I tried two of the big international companies web sites first before i discovered parcel direct. The big internationals websites were complex and after trying to enter an address it didnt recognise I gave up. Parcel direct website is very simple, enter collection details, delivery details (both instantly recognised), enter payment card number and the driver brings the label bso no printer required. Same day collection and over €2 cheaper for one 17.5kg box. I cant complain.”

“Arranging a courier through Parcel Direct was seamless and stress-free. The website is easy to navigate and the chosen courier turned up when expected to collect the parcel which was then delivered to the destination without delay. I would definitely use Parcel Direct again and certainly recommend to others.”

“Collection was not completed for five working days, in spite of daily assurances that it would be done each day. Communication was good, but sadly the service was very poor. I can’t recommend this service.”

“I made a mistake on the waybill, I wrote 130 KG and I paid €352 for it but it was 130 lbs which is less than 60 KG. So, 130 KG parcel costs €352 and 60 KG parcel should cost less than half of €352. I think UPS did check its weight and refunded it to Parcel Direct but parcel direct didn't refund my money. I mailed their support service many times, in the beginning they answered some of the mails but when they notice they could pocket my money, they stopped answering. Do not use parcel direct ever. I am trying to get a sollicitors help now.”

“Parcel was not collected. After i cancelled the order, the courier arrived. When i requested refund i was advised it would take up to 15 working days, fair enough. After this time had passed i had to follow up on a number of occasions to get my refund. I am aware that couriers are under a lot of pressure at present but everything about this interaction including the phone conversations were very poor.”
