Very poor service. “Drop off” point at Spar on 367 North Circular road doesn’t work because of failure of scanner. That’s my first and very last time I used the service of ParcelDirect.

Hi Girts, Thanks for letting us know of the issues with your drop off. Unfortunately the scanner in the shop had gone down at the time and was replaced that morning. Created a collection order on June 16th for the 18th. Until today, June 18th I didn't receive a confirmation for my collection order. June 17th I registered my account using the app and the only email I got with this one requestiny feedback. I cannot even use my account as I didn't have the chance to activate my account. That's why. I can only rate it poor

Terrible service, parcel not collected, tracking number shows its delivered and signed for, no answer from helpline, stay clear of this company

My order was never collected. I had an event planned for tomorrow with the objects of this which will now have ti bw cancelled and as a result leaving me with a loss of income. I phoned the company 3 times today to be told at 5pm the courier was on the way. Now 9pm and they did not show. I had people waiting on the courier in the pick up location all day. Waste of money and time!!! Avoid this company

They arranged collection and delivery of a box of tile, which arrived to my home in bits, every tile in the box was smashed to pieces. When I for refund for delivery cost and cost of tiles I was told I had to wait 12 weeks while they process the claim with the courier. The courier rejected the claim saying it was tracked and signed for, my mother in law signed for it and the driver left the box in the same place I opened it, just inside the door. now I have to go to small claims court to get my money back Neil

I had a parcel due to be picked up and a week later I was still trying to get the parcel picked up. Only info I was getting was that the driver should be there that evening but never arrived. Ended up having to cancel the job and just send via An Post.

My parcel was due to be collected at my house on 28th April. Despite being assured each day it would be collected, I eventually cancelled my order on Saturday 2nd May, and made alternative arrangements, as I couldn't wait any longer. Appreciate times are difficult at the minute, but this was a step too far. Will not be using Parcel Direct again.

I rang Parcel Direct on Tues 27th April and booked my parcel to be delivered to Dublin. It was collected Wed 28th April but still has not arrived! I'm wondering where it is and when it will be delivered??? Very poor service and I'm very disappointed. Can you contact me with an update please. Marie Fitzgerald

Pickup for my order was confirmed for the 24th April. Today is the 28th and despite my daily calls with your agent, package is still not collected. I am in this trade myself but never have seen such poor service. I requested my money back and will never deal with this company ever again

I sent a valuable guitar to Cumbria. It was take by FedEx via Spain, took a month and arrived damaged. Although it was insured, I have been waiting over 6 weeks and no-one has confirmed that the damage will be paid for. My emails are ignored. I am totally disgusted.

Order: PD0054678 Paid 70 EUR for documents to be send overseas I paid significantly more as those are important papers and the delivery time promised was 2 to 4 days after collection. On the 13.04 the parcel was picked up but as of today(25.04) has not been delivered. I spoke to parcel direct but all they do us quote stuff from the UPS website and say that it is because of the c o r ona situation. I spoke to Steven on the 23 who promised he will get in touch with UPS and come back to me. He didn't. I then spoke to Michael on the 24 who also promised that he will get in touch with UPS and come back to me( Spoiler: He didn't). He also rudely added that the Terms and Conditions state that they don't promise a delivery time. I am upset. I understand that the current situation is causing delays but then don't advertise delivery times you can't keep or if you know that there will be delays advice the customer accordingly. I think the communication and customer service from Parceldirect has been terrible and I won't use them again.

As much as I'd like to write a positive review the incompetence of your service prevents me from doing so. Our son was to be married on 10/4/20 but present circumstances scuppered the happy event. In an attempt to mark the day in a small way my wife and I decided to send a package of "goodies" to cheer up the dissapointed couple. We decide to use your service. We were guaranteed over the phone that the package would be delivered on 10/4/20. It was collected here on 9/4/20. As of today 16/4/20 the package hasn't been delivered. From tracking the package it seems it has been in several locatiions around the country except where it is supposed to be. It spent 5 days in Knock (waiting for a miracle ?). A number of phone calls to your good selves elicited many promises but no action. The package is now stored in your parcel centre and cannot be delivered due to a requirement for further address information. This is not rocket science. In large writing the package is addressed to 56 Bushy Park House and my sons name and phone number is included in the booking documentation. So much for trying to support a new company.

I used Parcel Direct to deliver Easter Eggs for my grandchildren Parcel offered 1/2 delivery,It took them 6 days to deliver. Grandchildren did not receive their Easter Eggs in time Great service it takes 6 days for a 1/2 day delivery . Will never use them again

Waiting here at 5:30 pm for the collection of my first parcel. PD0046943. GLS 22895040688. We have been waiting since 9am having payed €28 for the privilege . This is a really good start.... I am impressed! I will now contact my bank to reclaim my payment and try to find a company which does as it claims.
