I sent a valuable guitar to Cumbria. It was take by FedEx via Spain, took a month and arrived damaged. Although it was insured, I have been waiting over 6 weeks and no-one has confirmed that the damage will be paid for. My emails are ignored. I am totally disgusted.

Order: PD0054678 Paid 70 EUR for documents to be send overseas I paid significantly more as those are important papers and the delivery time promised was 2 to 4 days after collection. On the 13.04 the parcel was picked up but as of today(25.04) has not been delivered. I spoke to parcel direct but all they do us quote stuff from the UPS website and say that it is because of the c o r ona situation. I spoke to Steven on the 23 who promised he will get in touch with UPS and come back to me. He didn't. I then spoke to Michael on the 24 who also promised that he will get in touch with UPS and come back to me( Spoiler: He didn't). He also rudely added that the Terms and Conditions state that they don't promise a delivery time. I am upset. I understand that the current situation is causing delays but then don't advertise delivery times you can't keep or if you know that there will be delays advice the customer accordingly. I think the communication and customer service from Parceldirect has been terrible and I won't use them again.

As much as I'd like to write a positive review the incompetence of your service prevents me from doing so. Our son was to be married on 10/4/20 but present circumstances scuppered the happy event. In an attempt to mark the day in a small way my wife and I decided to send a package of "goodies" to cheer up the dissapointed couple. We decide to use your service. We were guaranteed over the phone that the package would be delivered on 10/4/20. It was collected here on 9/4/20. As of today 16/4/20 the package hasn't been delivered. From tracking the package it seems it has been in several locatiions around the country except where it is supposed to be. It spent 5 days in Knock (waiting for a miracle ?). A number of phone calls to your good selves elicited many promises but no action. The package is now stored in your parcel centre and cannot be delivered due to a requirement for further address information. This is not rocket science. In large writing the package is addressed to 56 Bushy Park House and my sons name and phone number is included in the booking documentation. So much for trying to support a new company.

I used Parcel Direct to deliver Easter Eggs for my grandchildren Parcel offered 1/2 delivery,It took them 6 days to deliver. Grandchildren did not receive their Easter Eggs in time Great service it takes 6 days for a 1/2 day delivery . Will never use them again

Waiting here at 5:30 pm for the collection of my first parcel. PD0046943. GLS 22895040688. We have been waiting since 9am having payed €28 for the privilege . This is a really good start.... I am impressed! I will now contact my bank to reclaim my payment and try to find a company which does as it claims.

I paid for your best service my parcel should have been collected yesterday it is still sitting here waiting. I booked on Thursday this is just not good enough.

Absolutely shocking service. STAY CLEAR because when something goes wrong they have no intention of sorting it out! Used this service to have bike luggage collected and when it arrived one was damaged (not useble without repair) and when I reported that the delivery company signed for it without my consent, they said they would lodge a claim (I only asked for the amount of the repair) They have been making poor excuses ever since and dont respond to emails or phonecalls now. Was told it would take 8 to 10 weeks, its now past week 23!!! This company is a con and hold no weight, go directly to the couriers as you have more rights and customer support that will sort issues out. Worst service I have ever dealt with. You have been warned!!!!

Waited all day and never picked up parcel, rang office and was no help just said it would be picked up today and never happened, should have read reviews first!!! Won’t be ever using this company again. I’m going on holidays in morning so will just have to post. I will be looking for a refund.

Ordered and paid a premium for a courier pick up, the envelope to be delivered next day to the UK. Ripped off, tracking now shows delivery scheduled in 4 days. I contacted parcel direct to be told someone would ring me back, which they did. Trouble is after explaining yet again the problem I was told they would get on to the courier and let me know....still waiting, The best of it is this happened the last time I used parcel direct and exactly the same happened last time....it was only after hearing the "manager" that I remembered the previous run around they gave me. Maybe this company is okay for unscheduled/guaranteed delivery's but steer clear of premium products..... ps Please don't bother entering me in any prize draws for this review!

Extremely poor service. Waited for parcel to be collected all day and didn’t show up. Will never use this service again.

Actually no stars from me. My parcel disappeared before xmas between Ireland and Germany. ITS January now, still no sign off it. I'm kinda pi**ed off! The staff in customer support dept are friendly but not very effective.

Booked on 2/1/2019 for collection 3/1/2019, in all day and not collected. Now I have to wait in 4/1 which does not suit. ARGH.
