“I used ParcelDirect last week to send a large parcel from Ireland to the UK and was very impressed with the service. It was collected on Tuesday evening and delivered on Thursday for a very reasonable price of €24.80. It's a service I would definitely use again.”

“Awful service, parcel was never collected, when I checked the tracking number the parcel had been cancelled by the courier company, no reason given and no attempt made to contact me the customer!!!!!”
