“As a small business, we had a large parcel that was both time & temperature sensitive and required urgent delivery to Italy. As this was both an unexpected and unusual delivery we did not know how we would arrange the transit quickly, efficiently and cost effectively until we found parceldirect.ie A really great service which facilitated the delivery of our parcel on time. “Parcel Direct Service was very easy and straight forward to use. Sent me the labels I need for the parcel to print with the instructions. Very happy with this service and I plan to use them going forward. I have used many courier companies in the past and was put off by how difficult it was to organise collect and pick up. Very competitive rates and good insurance cover options. I would definitely recommend parcel direct to people.”

“This is the by far easiest courier app around, I run a small craft business and I find it so easy to use and to get quick quotes from different size parcels on a daily basis. Excellent service from friendly GLS courier in my area in Co Louth and would highly recommend your service . I find it so easy to use so I will be using your service for the foreseeable future. Well done on a great service 👏🏼👏🏼.”

“Order the delivery of the parcel and at the very end of the transaction of course, after I paid, they tell you to print labels. Afternoon hour in corona with a parcel to be picked up the next morning with no printer. So I called them what to do!? no solution offered, just a refund which I am already waiting for almost a month with them ignoring me.”

This gives you the option to choose which ever one suits you best. In this instance you chose a service which requires you to print a label.
