“With no post from Ireland to Australia I sent my parcel through ParcelDirect. It took 6 days from my door to my daughters door in Sydney. I'm very happy with the service. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.”

“Registered a parcel for pick up on Monday. Pleasant guy rang me Monday morning for the pickup in Clare and parcel was in Wexford the next day. Very reasonably priced and excellent service.”

“This was my first time using Parcel Direct and they certainly delivered on all fronts. I had 27 kgs to send from Ireland to Germany and got a quote for €32!!! The parcel was collected at the appointed time and was delivered in under a week. The tracking software was very useful and accurate. I will be using this service again.”

“I paid for 2 boxes in error instead of 1. When I noticed this I contacted parceldirect customer service. They replied to me within minutes to refund charge for second box. Amazing customer service.”

“They arranged collection and delivery of a box of tile, which arrived to my home in bits, every tile in the box was smashed to pieces. When I for refund for delivery cost and cost of tiles I was told I had to wait 12 weeks while they process the claim with the courier. The courier rejected the claim saying it was tracked and signed for, my mother in law signed for it and the driver left the box in the same place I opened it, just inside the door. now I have to go to small claims court to get my money back Neil”
