“Hi, I was trying to get a birthday present to my daughter who is locked down in Amsterdam but the Dutch postal service for some reason has stopped accepting mail. I thought about package delivery but on checking it out with one of the big operators the cost was pretty steep. I then found ParcelDirect and got such a great service. A quick call to a really helpful guy (who was working fro home) sorted me out and a hassle free drop off near my house and a few days later the parcel is in Amsterdam. Great price, great service from ParcelDirect in these difficult times. I'll be using them from no on in my business. Stay Safe.”

“I cannot compliment this company on an excellent service. Customer service were ultra fast in responding to queries. I sent parcel from Dublin to Milan. Picked up from me on a Monday afternoon and delivered to Milan on Thursday afternoon...and a great price....Splendid.”

“The people in Mace at bohemian Newgate were absolutely fantastic ... they went over and above to help me post my parcel ... your lucky to have them as a drop of point ... they made me realise how special the Irish are ... as I’ve lived in the uk for past 34 years... glad to be home ...”

“Unbelievable service and price Parcel was collected at 10 o clock yesterday 300 hundred Kilometers away and delivered to my house at 09.30 this morning In this uncertain time of health and safety the staff are fantastic I would not use any other courier again Thank you all so much for delivering these vital supplies”
