“I paid extra - €38 in total - for next-day delivery but it took another three working days for my parcel to arrive. I appreciate the difficulty of the Covid-19 restrictions but you should not be advertising a premium service - and charging for it - if you cannot deliver on it. I should have just paid the standard rate. As it was, I paid extra for a service that I didn't get. I looked for a refund and my request was ignored. Poor”

“First time I've used parcel direct easy enough to use I couldn't add the exact kg though so now I don't know if my parcel will be collected it was 1.053kg I had to put 1kg as it wouldn't except it in the other form great service though especially during lock down”

“I had a parcel due to be picked up and a week later I was still trying to get the parcel picked up. Only info I was getting was that the driver should be there that evening but never arrived. Ended up having to cancel the job and just send via An Post.”

“Hi I recently made contact with your company in order to send a parcel to my Daughter in Australia, the person on the other end of the phone was extremely helpful and explained what we should do , so I then went online and in an instant everything was sorted and picked up the following day. Thank you so much for your help . I will certainly be using your service again .”

“I rang up first and first impression was excellent the gentleman was very helpful and told me to ring back if I did not understand anything on the Web, was not rushed and took his time when I explained this was my first time using Parcel Direct well all I can say is it wont be the last, its nice to get a helpful person on the other end of the phone.”
