“Thanks for fantastic service! I needed to send a parcel to my daughter in Sydney Australia. She's expecting her first baby and due to travel restrictions I couldn't go. My local Post Office refused to take parcel, so I phoned ParcelDirect who were more than happy to assist me. FedEx courier just a week ago to pick up parcel and today 4th May my daughter got it. She's thrilled and so am I!😀 Thanks again. Would highly recommend. Ann Martin.”

“It's great to have a affordable pick up and deliver service that is easy to navigate.I had some questions which were dealt with professionally on contacting them. I dont ask for perfection just a straightforward affordable service.thats what I got,if there was no room for improvements I would have avoided them.They have plenty to prove and that's how it should be”

“My parcel was due to be collected at my house on 28th April. Despite being assured each day it would be collected, I eventually cancelled my order on Saturday 2nd May, and made alternative arrangements, as I couldn't wait any longer. Appreciate times are difficult at the minute, but this was a step too far. Will not be using Parcel Direct again.”

“I rang Parcel Direct on Tues 27th April and booked my parcel to be delivered to Dublin. It was collected Wed 28th April but still has not arrived! I'm wondering where it is and when it will be delivered??? Very poor service and I'm very disappointed. Can you contact me with an update please. Marie Fitzgerald”

“I dropped a parcel at the local drop off point on Tuesday for delivery to My son in Amsterdam.He received the parcel on Friday morning.Very secure and fast service Thank you Parcel Direct.”

“I have sent goods to many countries around the world, of all shapes and sizes, using most of the established carriers and couriers. This was my first time using Parcel Direct,and I was very pleased with the price and transit time quoted. I was then doubly surprised and even more pleased when I discovered that the service included an instant download of all the necessary consignment documentation, including commercial invoices. This saved me a lot of trouble, and made the whole process easier than ever. I will certainly use Parcel Direct in the future, and highly recommend it to others.”

“Parcel collected when they said it would be collected and delivered when they said it would be delivered, easily tracked so I knew exactly where my package was at each stage. What more could you ask for? Would recommend this company from my experience”
