“Excellent service, only made the booking in the evening at about 8pm and it has been collected by 11am the next morning. A tracking label supplies by GLS with the other half as my receipt. Brilliant.”

“It was my first time to organise a courier. The online process is very straightforward and user friendly, I like how the driver supplies the label, so there is no need for a printer. The driver that collected was a gentleman. Tracking is provided from the beginning which is great. I've already confirmed another delivery service. Happy to recommend.”

“Pickup for my order was confirmed for the 24th April. Today is the 28th and despite my daily calls with your agent, package is still not collected. I am in this trade myself but never have seen such poor service. I requested my money back and will never deal with this company ever again”

“Easy to use and navigate, and very quick! Gave a choice of suppliers and options. - including cheaper/slower faster/more expensive drop off/collection print at home label/no-print. It was brilliant and I'll DEFINITELY be using it again.”

“I sent a valuable guitar to Cumbria. It was take by FedEx via Spain, took a month and arrived damaged. Although it was insured, I have been waiting over 6 weeks and no-one has confirmed that the damage will be paid for. My emails are ignored. I am totally disgusted.”

“I'm still flabbergasted at anyone using another courier.... The website is idiot proof.. Everything is right in front of you. Clear instructions. I've used them now for the last few years. Not... One.... Single.... Issue. I haven't even got to the best bit... Insanely cheap, the type of cheap that makes you wonder how its possible to be that low. Amazing service from this outfit and very accommodating. Thanks for everything guys. Joe McShane.”

“Really impressed with this service. Really easy to use, just put in measurement of parcel and weight (used kitchen scales) anfd you get options of what companies can deliver along with quotes, choose one and pay, print your label and dropoff to a nearby drop off outlet. I dropped of for pick up on Thursday and was delivered on Saturday morning in the UK. The company that delivered mine was GLS. This was the first time I used this service but would highly recommend. Well done!!”

“Order: PD0054678 Paid 70 EUR for documents to be send overseas I paid significantly more as those are important papers and the delivery time promised was 2 to 4 days after collection. On the 13.04 the parcel was picked up but as of today(25.04) has not been delivered. I spoke to parcel direct but all they do us quote stuff from the UPS website and say that it is because of the c o r ona situation. I spoke to Steven on the 23 who promised he will get in touch with UPS and come back to me. He didn't. I then spoke to Michael on the 24 who also promised that he will get in touch with UPS and come back to me( Spoiler: He didn't). He also rudely added that the Terms and Conditions state that they don't promise a delivery time. I am upset. I understand that the current situation is causing delays but then don't advertise delivery times you can't keep or if you know that there will be delays advice the customer accordingly. I think the communication and customer service from Parceldirect has been terrible and I won't use them again.”
