“Hi I recently made contact with your company in order to send a parcel to my Daughter in Australia, the person on the other end of the phone was extremely helpful and explained what we should do , so I then went online and in an instant everything was sorted and picked up the following day. Thank you so much for your help . I will certainly be using your service again .”

“I rang up first and first impression was excellent the gentleman was very helpful and told me to ring back if I did not understand anything on the Web, was not rushed and took his time when I explained this was my first time using Parcel Direct well all I can say is it wont be the last, its nice to get a helpful person on the other end of the phone.”

“Quick service, made my booking around 10am, as soon as I booked I realised I needed to print the label which wasn't possible in current circumstances. Customer service was great, quick and friendly and switched my order to allow the courrier to bring the label to me. Minor blip as original courrier aldo turned up with no label. Courrier came with label next day and all was good. My only recommendation or observation is that it should be very visible before ordering to select whether you have facility to print labels or not.”
