The customer service agents were excellent , the procedure was very user friendly and the price very reasonable . One technical issue that I couldnt resolve was that i couldnt change the prefix of the receivers phone number to 00353. This may affect delivery .I would appreciate a phone call from the company as the agents were not available after 5.30 pm
