Great, but... there is a need for some accessibility improvements. As a hearing-impaired person (and to prevent such from happening to you working there) it is essential to ensure that there are no excessively loud ring tones in the office that can leak into calls from customers. Loud noises stress all people, so the same would be good for in the office too. The last matter is simply one of specificity. I am dyslexic so it is important to state things with specificity by email and to differentiate clearly between the needs of ParcelDirect and third parties providing goods for pickup. That said, great information by email and friendly staff, so all good.
