“I found a really good deal for my shipment on the site and the procedure of booking was really smooth. Parcel arrived in 5 days.”

“I am having troubles and delays with deliveries because of parceldirect website. Postcode doesn't match the correct city, i wrote in address 2 the full address but for the second time the driver couldn't deliver. I could have received my parcel last Thursday but because of this issue i have to wait for another week and contact by myself gls to arrange a new delivery. Customer service is not very useful.”

“I have just spent 2 hours trying to fill in the details to send a package to Canada. The booking system on the parceldirect.ie website is an absolute nightmare. There is no guidance in terms of the information required (the description of the contents was "inadequate") the currency seems to change between € and CAN$, the system won't accept Montreal because it should be Montréal, then it won't accept Montréal because special characters (the é) are not allowed. Then I kept getting into a loop where I had to keep filling in the customs codes and value, only to find that I now had booked in 5 parcels to send. Finally, the total value of the shipment was, let's say, €50.30 but it rejected it because it said it was €50.3000000004! Where is my defibrillator? Maybe the actual shipping will be OK but it is so frustrating trying to set it up online.”

“What a super service. Live in Waterford. Dropped of my parcel going to Galway at a very convenient location city centre and spoke to a very courteous man. Parcel collected on time and delivered by said date. Would have liked an email or text message to advise of parcel drop off. But will definitely use this excellent service again Sandra”

“Website is very simple to navigate and brings you through the process step by step. Definite the best rates I was able to find to have my parcel delivered abroad. Having the parcel collected from home or being able to drop it to a convenient pick up point is a good option to have too.”

“Excellent service and well needed in Ireland. Some courier companies do not want the general public calling to their office which would force people to the postal service. ParcelDirect is more specialised so can offer better value on larger items and most importantly is much more reliable than the general postal services.”

“First time using parcel direct and will definitely use again. Website is very user friendly and love that you can get quotes from all the different couriers. I love that you don't have to have labels printed beforehand as don't have printer . It makes life easier when the driver brings the labels especially this time of year is crazy ,thank you .A flawless door to door service .”

“Excellent service gives you all the courier options costs and delivery times. I have used Parcel Direct to collect and deliver parcels to Halifax in Canada. The Canadian post is very slow and from Ireland to Canada it can take up to 3 to 4 weeks minimum to receive a parcel. I sent a 7kg box and it took 7 working days from collection to delivery and a lot cheaper than post. I highly recommend using Parcel Direct.ie”

“Item booked for.collection specifically for Wednesday 22nd but as expected it wasn’t collected, no e mail, phone call, message… nothing Would definitely not recommend or use this service again as it’s not fit for purpose”
