“Booked a courier collection through parcel direct for last Thursday. Paid 55 euro. Parcel still hasn't been collected and it's Monday. Called parcel direct on Thursday as the parcel still had not been collected at 4.30 and was told it would be collected that evening even though when confirming the booking it said between 9 and 5.30. It wasn't collected. I phoned again on Friday and was told it was rebooked for that day and that they would chase it up and email me an update. It wasn't collected and I've still not received an email from them. I emailed on Saturday and still haven't received a response at 4pm on Monday and the parcel still hasn't been collected. No information has been provided on the reason for the delay and why it hasn't been collected. No information has been provided since on a new date. Would never use this company again.”

“Package was 5 days late getting picked up. contacted teh carrier got a reply but no reason just told they are working on it . contacted parcel direct never heard anything from them. Driver arrived 5 days later to collect was extremely rude and just grabbed the package and left . Not sure if it was parcel direct or GLS that was at fault here but if either of them had told me at the outset the driver was on leave etc would not be till new year I would have being fine . No communication, No apology, extremely bad customer service.”

“Great service overall, My parcel arrived within a week, which was fantastic. However, I’d suggest a couple of improvements: it would be helpful to receive notifications about the exact delivery time or day, and clearer instructions on where the parcel should be left would make the process even smoother. Thank you for the reliable service, I’ll definitely use it again!”

“Excellent service and customer care on New Years Day was superb and very helpful. Left a large parcel to Centra in Delgany Co Wicklow and it was delivered to Cervinia,Italy on Saturday. Amazing service”

“Dont use these guys. They are not a couriers They take your money but dont take any responsibility for your parcel. I paid them to deliver a medical device 2 weeks ago. It still hasnt been delivered. They have it...but refuse to deliever it, and get bolchie when you try press them to actually do what they were paid to do. They are hanging up on me when i call to try get it returned. Worst customer service... Terrible company Scam outfit in my opinion.”

“Awful service....7 days later and my parcel still hasnt been delivered. Customers service refused to call me back...even after promising 5 times. No one seemed bothered to go to any length to help me. Terrible service, us AN POST express delivery...they are cheaper and when they lose your package they will at least pretend to give a damn, unlike this crowd.”

“Awful.... paid for urgent over night parcel to Cork.....6 days later its somewhere in Dublin....I may get it back before Christmas...or Not.... Terrible Service, Terrible Customer service...They couldnt have given less of a F... over the phone. No tangible effort was made to resolve my issue quickly, that I could see... Use An Post Express delivery, they guarantee delivery, and will help you if they mess up, Not like this crowd. and An Post are cheaper...”

“far from impressed. Booked ups collection. When I called UPS to see where the driver was, I was told there was no collection booked via Parcel Direct. There was no no booking number on anything provided by Parcel Direct.”

“I booked the courier to collect 2 weeks beforehand. I stayed at home from work on this day. The parcel was not collected. I couldn't get in contact with anyone that day so had to wait until the following morning. I was told that it's busy, it's Christmas, etc. They said they would contact the courier company and get back to me. Three hours later, no update. I am again some from work. I call again. They said they'll collect today. When I asked what the delay was, that I had booked 2 weeks before, they said it's doesn't matter when you book, they only pass on the details to the courier the day before. They did pick it up that day. They came back a few days later to pick it up again. At this point it had already reached it's destination so no idea what that was about. It was delivered 3 days ago and the tracking, last updated today, is still saying it's not delivered. I used this service as it's awkward for me to get to a post office but it wasn't very convenient.”
