“Parcel collected from my home in Ireland by DHL Friday morning 25-05-26 cleared customs sorted and delivered to it's final destination in the UK Saturday morning 26-05-26. Excellent professional service. Thank you. Will deffinitely use again.”

“Was having issues sending a heavy item to the UK by going through the courier websites so thought I would try Parcel Direct. After looking at some reviews, I had some reservations, but honestly I had a very smooth experience. I received my label immediately and the UPS courier arrived on the date selected and the price was reasonable. I honestly couldn’t be happier and will definitely use Parcel Direct again.”

“PD8570463. Terrible experience. Parcel should have been delivered 1 week ago. It was collected on 18/05/26 and no tracking since collection, emailed and phoned querying where parcel was and I was lied to and told delivery was scheduled for 25/06/26. No delivery, contacted company again email yet to be responded to so called and was told there is no information on my parcel, it is likely in a warehouse in Cork and it would be looked in to. The worst part is obviously whoever I spoke to last week knew this information, picked a random date to say delivery is scheduled and hoped parcel would be found and I would be none the wiser. It’s baby equipment that I need. I will never deal with the company again. Avoid!”

“I have ordered mail to be collected on 14 May and to date it hasn't been collected, I have rang more than 15 times on different days the phone rings and just gets disconnected. At some point i got lucky and someone answered and they promised the mail will be collected same day. 3 days later nothing has been picked up. absolutely horrible, more frustrating you cant get hold of them, stay far way.”

“Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I went twice to the drop-in centre, but they refused to accept the parcel. Parcel Direct then arranged a collection, but after waiting three days with no pickup, I had to cancel it. I am now waiting for my money to be reimbursed—hopefully this process will be more straightforward.”

“Absolutely terrible experience with ParcelDirect.ie. They didn’t even try to find a solution to the issue or help resolve the problem. I had no information about the collection point and wasn’t expecting any moving boxes — this should have been clearly highlighted for pickup collections, but nothing was explained. This company just wastes customers’ time and money. They can’t guarantee anything except taking money from your account. No guaranteed delivery date, no delivery hours, not even reliable pickup or collection point information. What a joke of a business. The service is absolutely poor, with problems even generating shipping labels. Refunds can take up to 10 working days if you’re lucky enough to get your money back at all. In 2026, when services like ZipPay exist, this is embarrassing. Even An Post is much cheaper and far more reliable than ParcelDirect.ie.I have now contacted my solicitor regarding this matter and am preparing for further action through the consumer court process because of the poor handling of this situation under the costumer rights... Stay away from this company.”

“I was extremely impressed with this transaction. Fast, expert service. I could hardly believe it when the "delivered" email came in. Package took 5 days from Drop off in Carlow Ireland to delivery in Texas USA. Package received in perfect order. Fantastic . I'll definitely use this service again. 10/10.”

“The Christmas parcel I sent to my parents got lost along the way and then month later was returned to me damaged after I chased up on its whereabouts for weeks. Communication has been an absolute nightmare with parcel direct. I am still waiting to hear If I will receive a refund for my parcel. I doubt I will ever hear back. This is the end of April now. I contacted them 3 times last week alone with no reply whatsoever. I would never recommend this crowd to anyone else and I will most definitely never use them again either.”
