“Excellent service. Have used Parcel Direct for a long time now and it's the most simple way to ship abroad. Multiple providers and options to choose from. Never had an issue with shipping either.”

“Service was very accessible and easy to use, however I have not received my shipping label, only an instruction sheet on how to attach the label I don’t have and the packet is due to be collected tomorrow morning!”

“Hi i was amazed how easy it was to use this service to send a birthday card to my son. It is brilliant as the postal service ice in Canada is not great and currently on strike atm. So a big thankyou and lo f may it continue.”

“Just used parcel direct for the first time, collected our parcel in the UK and delivered to co Kildare , we used standard shipping and it only took 3 days to arrive and the price was by far the cheapest we could find. We will Definitely be using this parcel direct for all deliveries”

“Used your service to send a parcel to USA.After paying the relevant fee my parcel couldn't be delivered without paying approx 80e to have it accepted by company. Contacted your customer service numerous times who promised to work on retrieving THIS EXTRA charge. Your company NEVER replied to me at any stage. Very unprofessional.
