I am having troubles and delays with deliveries because of parceldirect website.
Postcode doesn't match the correct city, i wrote in address 2 the full address but for the second time the driver couldn't deliver.
I could have received my parcel last Thursday but because of this issue i have to wait for another week and contact by myself gls to arrange a new delivery. Customer service is not very useful.
