“Website was easy to use and booking was made and confirmed quickly. No labels were sent through so I had to email but Michael in customer support replied promptly and resolved the situation quickly, I'm happy with the service, impressed by the quick response from CS and the parcel was collected on the date stated and delivered next day. I would be happy to use the service again.”

“This service is very disappointed. My parcel never been collected...every time I contacted them they promised to pick it up the next day but nothing happened. After 4 days I cancelled the collection and they processed a refund which is never landed on my account and it's been a month now. I sent several emails since and no response also nobody answering for calls. They don't even deserve a star. Never again!!!!”

“My parcel was never collected. I sent several emails to customer care and was never responded to and no refund was processed either despite me requesting. The other time I had to chase for my parcel to be collected. And then it was delivered to the wrong person who was not even addressee. Very unprofessional. I guess I never learnt my lesson”
