“I would not use Parcel Direct again. I have a query on charges outstanding and they are ignoring my emails and requests for copies of documents to cross check charges. Do not use them.”

“I was extremely impressed with this transaction. Fast, expert service. I could hardly believe it when the "delivered" email came in. Package took 5 days from Drop off in Carlow Ireland to delivery in Texas USA. Package received in perfect order. Fantastic . I'll definitely use this service again. 10/10.”

“The Christmas parcel I sent to my parents got lost along the way and then month later was returned to me damaged after I chased up on its whereabouts for weeks. Communication has been an absolute nightmare with parcel direct. I am still waiting to hear If I will receive a refund for my parcel. I doubt I will ever hear back. This is the end of April now. I contacted them 3 times last week alone with no reply whatsoever. I would never recommend this crowd to anyone else and I will most definitely never use them again either.”

“First time using the service and my parcel was misplaced. It eas collected ok but it took 2 weeks to deliver the parcel from the midlands to Dublin.....following 10 emails later the patcel was eventually delivered but the recipient confimed they received it not Parcel Direct. Would not use the courier again nor recommend them either.”

“This was my first time using Parcel Direct online to book a courier . They did not fail as advertised it was four simple steps . I was sending a parcel to Canada & I choose FedEx . Staff very friendly & helpful . My parcel arrived in Canada on time .”

“Reference PD4647730 My A4 letter was picked up on the 17/3/26, to be delivered to Sal island Cape Verde. Tracked to 27/3/26 where it seems to have departed warehouse. No confirmation that delivery has been completed.”
