“Used your service to send a parcel to USA.After paying the relevant fee my parcel couldn't be delivered without paying approx 80e to have it accepted by company. Contacted your customer service numerous times who promised to work on retrieving THIS EXTRA charge. Your company NEVER replied to me at any stage. Very unprofessional. I will never use your service again”

“Easy to use and reasonably priced. Was disappointed to pay for an express service/next day delivery, but that service was not provided. Purchased on Wednesday morning, presumed package would be collected Thursday and delivered on Friday. The package was not delivered until Monday.”

I opted to take my parcel to the collection point, which again was well managed. Delivery to the addressee was received today, and was hassle free all round. “Sent a box to Canada through parcel direct done and dusted in 10 minutes and labels printed. Tried other BIG COURIER companies!! And gave up after 30 minutes.logging on passwords/usernames/codes etz. Well done parcel direct and I will be back thank you.”
