“Very happy with the quality of the plant & the packaging was good. The problem you have, as a business selling online, is the delivery time & lack of communication from the parcel company. Amazon have totally transformed consumers expectations. Whilst i appreciate not every business has this power & infrastructure available to them, nearly all businesses are getting the product to your doorstep within 2-4 days with excellent updates along the way. It took you guys 3.5weeks (acknowledge Easter & upfront notice given) with no updates via email or text from the courier. The plant was a day late but there was no communication to advise of this. I'd imagine until this aspect of your online proposition is brought up to speed you'll struggle in obtaining repeat purchases.”

“It has been almost a month since I placed my order and still no tracking number yet for my delivery, which has not been dispatched despite the company confirming that they have the plants in stock. Poor customer service, do not expect get a response in a timely fashion. I will not be ordering from them again! Very poor service... who knows when my plans will arrive!”
