“We're so pleased with Paramount Plants. Charlie was so helpful in giving us advice on what to choose. The delivery was quick and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. The trees are great and much bigger than we expected. We will definitely order frim Paramount Plants again.”

“Bought a Camellia japonica, it's very healthy and I'm very happy with it! It was only just planted a week ago but hopefully it continues to be a good strong shrub. Did take a while to arrive but worth the wait. For some reason all my emails from this company go in my junk folder despite me unjunking them, good idea to check this folder if you've ordered.”

“Both plants arrived looking very well established and healthy and are now thriving having being planted now for a couple of weeks, I'm extremely pleased with my purchases. I was emailed throughout the process being kept updated regarding the status of delivery. No complaints from me! I would definitely order from Paramount Plants again”

“Stunning customer care. We ordered five of the 'pleached evergreen magnolias' to add a nice high boundary to the end of our garden as a continuation of next door's high Leylandii hedge. Unfortunately, in the time between us placing our order and arranging for someone to plant the trees, out neighbours decided to rip out their hedge. As such, our super-high boundary would have looked ridiculous. We emailed Paramount Plants to see if we could return the trees even though we were no longer within the 14 day returns period, and Karen came straight back to us and said no problem. And, as we then decided to buy a single tree instead, Karen said the unwanted trees could be collected when the new tree was delivered. We had to pay an admin fee but believe me, the relief of knowing that we could return the trees was definitely worth it. So thank you Karen, we'll definitely know where to go next time we want some lovely trees from a company with superb customer service.”

“Waiting longer then normal and deliver very low quality plant kiwi and paciflora was completely different plants from the pictures. One of hedera ( yvi) was nearly 1m I paid £100 paund for 2m at least . Communication is very poor level ( no one tell you what happened with your order)”
