“Our new Wintersweet tree was in good condition when it arrived- lots of new buds and some leaves just beginning to open. The communication about when the plant would arrive and delivery was very good.”

“My palm tree turned up and was immediately impressed with it. a lovely specimen. The delivery was faultless. The delivery driver telephoned me the day before arrival, then a text with an estimated time of arrival on the day. Many thanks”

“Bought some hedging from them. 30 in total but when planting there was only 27. Emailed them on a Sunday afternoon and replied with in the hour say them will send on the three missing plants plus an extra one for the missing plants Excellent company and bushes were good health plants Many thanks”

“First and foremost the plant I bought was as described and of first class quality. Secondly, the plant was expertly packed and arrived in tip top shape. “First ordered trees in January and were so pleased with the quality that we placed a second order. Karolina in the sales team was very knowledgeable about their plants and helped with our choices regarding our garden aspect and preferences. We had one tree that required a replacement and this was dealt with efficiently and as stated on their website. We have a new garden and will not hesitate to place another order with Paramount Plants again and also they have some beautiful new varieties to choose from.”
