“We bought 12 full standard red robins 3-3.25m tall. At first I was dubious about my purchase because the price was so competitive but I couldn’t be happier! The customer service I received was brilliant, nothing seemed too much trouble. They even suggested what I would need to help me plant these trees with success. They also sent me a step by step guide on how to plant them. At the stage of purchase, they do not give you a delivery date but you’re able to tell them your preferred date. Our trees were delivered on the date we requested. The delivery itself was great, they had a live time so you could see exactly where they were. Everything was on the delivery and the trees were beautiful. They were all healthy and no damage. All pot grown too! They’ve been planted for 3 weeks now and they are all still healthy and thriving. Following the delivery, Paramount plants aftercare was outstanding. They followed up with courtesy emails to ask how the trees were doing and with watering guides to get the best success. Very impressed with the customer service and the products, we will be using them again when we come to do our next boundary. Thank you!”

“Fantastic service. Bought another pleached Red Robin from Paramount Plants to replace one of 5 bought 7 years ago that suddenly died. Price was still great value 7 years later and free local delivery. The man that delivered our tree was so very lovely and had a look at our older trees too to check everything ok. He was such a lovely guy but unfortunately cannot remember his name but did Paramount Plants proud. A happy returning customer.”

“My goodness what a beautiful specimen my Acer Bloodgood is. Perfect and bush and very healthy. It’s majestic . I absolutely adore it. “I'd like to express my thanks for the beautiful 'myrtus communis' shrub you sent recently. Well-established and larger than I expected, the shrub was well-packaged and arrived undamaged, healthy and robust. I had pre-ordered this shrub, intended as a gift to replace a much-loved myrtle that had met an untimely end in bizarre circumstances, and was pleased to receive several 'updates' keeping me informed as to the status of the order. I really was quite delighted when it finally arrived. The friend for whom the plant was intended was equally impressed. Thank you, Paramount. “We were going to the Gardening Club at Enfield and saw this on the same road. We popped in out of curiosity and I think I’ve found my favourite garden centre. Absolutely mesmerised by the stock on display. Just wish I had a bigger garden and bank account. Although the prices are perfectly reasonable, especially with the discount offer. We bought 2 pleached cherry laurels and a Pleached Feijoa Sellowiana Tree. Wish we had got another laurel though. May have to go back despite the hour and half drive from home. Delivery was within 5 days and all planted up by the 6th”

“We bought 5 pleached trees from Paramount and then a further 2 as we had under estimated what we would need. The representative that delivered the second time was super helpful explaining the best way to support the trees and how to maintain them as they begin to develop (putting bone meal around the roots, tieing in growing branches and cutting off any blossom to increase the trees vigour). 4 weeks later and all 7 are really putting on loads of new growth so we couldn't be happier.”
