“I am delighted with the quality of my Cotinus Coggygria Royal Purple. It looks really healthy and has a strong root system. Delivery was prompt and it arrived very well wrapped so that all its branches were protected. I am usually reluctant to buy plants online, but I will definitely buy from Paramount Plants again.”

“Great quality plants (pleached trees) delivered right into our back garden and not one branch broken! Have planted using stakes and ties also supplied and they look great and new growth already showing in just two weeks. Highly recommended”

“I was very pleased with my Pleached Tree when I saw it for the first time, upon delivery to my house. Although we were living in difficult times, staff at Paramount sorted my order as quick as they could when I explained that for personal reasons I needed to take delivery in the following two weeks. Sure enough it arrived within that time scale! Thank you Paramount. Dennis Burgess, Worcestershire.”

“Excellent service. Kept informed constantly with progress of delivery. Tree delivered on the day and at the time stated. Driver polite and helpful as unfortunately had to return tree, which would not have been suitable in the location we wanted. Refund within days. Completely satisfied with Paramount Plants and would not hesitate to order from them again.”

“I was a little concerned about ordering three spiralling conifers because of the long, hot and dry period of weather we had experienced. However, three healthy conifers arrived and they are doing well. I also need to compliment the driver who was very friendly and helpful. Well done.”

“The size of tree that I originally ordered was not available (£138 inc delivery), so I was offered a slightly smaller one for £33 less, which I accepted. The tree was delivered pretty quickly (given Covid-19 problems) and very efficiently lashed to a small pallet.”

“The company were very quick in sending helpful responses to my initial email enquiries. The photinia red robin tree I ordered is of a very good quality and condition. It arrived on the date promised and the driver was exceptionally friendly and helpful in carrying the tree through my house into the garden and answering questions about repotting.”

“Only rating Paramount as 2 star at the moment as my delivery of a Tree Peony was very poor, it was packed in a much too large box and the (expensive) plant was in bits,I did complain and Paramount have promised a replacement (good) but as yet I haven't heard or received it - still waiting ,I will amend when replacement arrives”
