I bought a personalized wellness planner. I am very underwhelmed with its contents, considering the attention to detail with the cover. Apparently that’s where the buck stops. Due to the personalization, I can’t return it for a refund. Hopefully this helps anyone else if they’re interested in a wellness planner, they can see exactly what they get.

Ordered a Father's Day photobook. The website said I should get my order by 3/9/21 if ordered on that day, calculating one day for printing, two days for postage. I ordered it end of August, and I'm still waiting. Yes, company may say delay is due to covid related issues but covid was definitely an issue even in August. Website made false promises and when you've put in all the effort to add photos, organise them, add wording etc you then find out at checkout, the order was going to be later than Father's Day . I was told 7/9/21 but it's 16/9/21 and I'm still waiting. Not happy! Will not order from this website again.

I loved the outside of the planner and was super excited to get it. The pictures of the inside seemed really organized and easy to use, but once I got the planner I was very disappointed in the layout. It is very confusing to use and the month is not with the weekly layout so you have to flip back and forth and have so many different paper clips in it to show where each thing is. I would love it if it was set up differently, but I honestly don't even want to use it because of how terrible the layout is. I give it one star because if the layout was different it would have a lot of potential since the cover is so cute and you can customize it, but other than that I feel like I can barely use the planner

Ordered a personalised academic planner for my friends birthday received the planner and one of the photos was the wrong way round which ruined the whole front of the planner. However, on the confirmation email everything was the right way up. Very disappointed as it wasn’t cheap.

We ordered a wedding album book and it arrived dented, the images were really grainy and badly spaced on the page. We'd been so excited to receive our wedding album and are absolutely gutted!

When I received my agenda the front design and label was printed in the back of the book upside down, while the front of the agenda had the Papier logo. I checked to see if I had made any errors in editing the design but I hadn't the agenda front and back cover were printed incorrectly.

This is honestly the worst planner I have bought. -The monthly pages are all bundled together -The weekly pages are all bundled together -The monthly notes/ goals/ to-do-list/ important dates/ wish list pages are all bundled together I have to flip between 3 different sections to see what my month to week will look like. Such a frustrating experience. Cannot use this.

Though the agenda planner I ordered is absolutely adorable, unfortunately, I find it far from functional. The pages are very thin and the writing bleeds through. The book is stiff and makes writing it in extremely difficult. I live by agenda planners, and, sadly, I will have to be returning this. I think this is a good product for someone who is more concerned with the aesthetic vs actually using the agenda planner. It really just seems like something for show.

Took 3+ days more than it should of to arrive AND you can’t get the cards sent to addressees which doesn’t make sense. They’ve told me they’ll refund postage as an apology but this doesn’t change the fact that I wouldn’t use again due to poor delivery times and the time that’s wasted by having to forward on the cards to friends and family.

Their cards are beautiful, but they don't deliver on time - allow months for delivery This company does not deliver on time. I made a card for my husband's anniversary in December 2020 and it arrived two weeks late. I thought I will give them another chance and ordered cards for my daughter's last day at Nursery in June 2021. I also paid £6 for express delivery to ensure that I get the cards on time. I did not get the cards on time and no notice form the company to let me know that the cards are late so I was left with no cards on the last day and no ability to make the new ones. The cards were not even despatched on the day that they were supposed to arrive so there is no excuse related to delivery.

I bought a soft back notebook with my name on the front. It looks good but it is so tightly bound that it will not open flat. Therefore one can’t write in it. I’m very disappointed - actually I hate using it because it’s such a struggle. I have other notebooks costing a fraction that are perfectly fine to use.

My planner came damaged. When I open the first page it looks ripped on the binding. For $40, very disappointing. Beautiful writing on outside minus the wrinkle in the book binding. Fast delivery.

I received a delivery of letterheads and cards with my new address earlier this year and I have sent a complaint to customer support on three occasions. each time I have received an email back to say I would be contacted within 8 hours but have heard absolutely nothing each time and this has been over four months now. The letterheads have my address at the top but someone else's at the bottom so are completely unusable.

Orders a photo book for Father’s Day. The book arrived empty without any images printed that I chose. They sent me a new one which never arrived! When they finally re sent it the book was still faulty and had no images in still!.

My order was supposed to arrive on Friday in time for Father’s Day today and it hasn’t. I should have just gone to a local printer and guaranteed that I have it today.
