Simply didn't turn up on the day organised. Customer stayed at home all day. No communication from Paisley freight to either party. No refund, or compensation. Very poor

In one word: disgraceful. Honestly, this is the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I scheduled to have my bike collected from Islington, London on December 10th. After the collection didn't happen I phoned them the next day and was promised it would be collected. 5 more days of phonecalls to the company yielded absolutely no answers and I was promised the issue would be chased up and I would be called back. I did not receive a single call back and no apology. I had to leave the bike with an elderly neighbour. A day's delay around Christmas might be understandable but a week of promises of 'priority' delivery were a complete shambles. Even worse, at no point on the phone was responsibility taken by the company. I have had to cancel and reschedule with a different company at added cost. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Has left such a bad taste. Rubbish service,didn't pick my parcel up on the day they were supposed to.Waited in all day aswell had to contact them myself to find out the driver ran out of time to collect,and then to be told it was out for collection the following day.No communication at all,good job I was in the following day as it wouldn't have been collected then either.Funny though if it was the other way around I would have been charged for not being in.

Used to be very happy with the service from Paisley Freight, now not so much. Collection booked, items packaged and labels applied. Items left outside for driver to limit contact (COVID-19 precaution) Receive email, collection failed - no answer at telephone. Rang depot to be told driver will not take items without making contact and another collection must be booked at a cost of 9.99. Doesn’t state anywhere that this is the case and especially during a period where contact is minimised. Won’t be using Paisley Freight again

Arranged a collection of a parcel was meant to be picked up on Tuesday, parcel was sat outside my front door 2 people inside the house as well waiting for the delivery man and no one came! After calling Paisley freight first time was left on hold for 10minutes after they said they were checking and then they hung up on me. Emailed them now and they say the driver came no one was there straight up lie and then they sent me an email showing how to rebook and want me to pay £10 it’s a joke, called APC who were meant to collect the parcel and they said they will collect it again today free of charge won’t be using them again!

We do everything possible to ensure our couriers collect on the scheduled day. However, very occasionally parcels are not collected for reasons for which may be out with our control. I used bikedelivery.co.uk which apparently is just another name for paisleyfreight to ship my bike. They state that if the parcel is too large the driver would not pick it up. I measured the bicycle box (made for bicycles so you'd think the size would be adequate for BIKEdelivery...). Anyway, I measured the length to be 160cm, thei claimed it was 161cm (i.e. 1cm too long!) they charged me £20 for 1 cm... My guess is the box expanded due to moisture of mishandling, but whatever. Will never use again.

If l could give zero feedback what a shocking experience and SCAM of a company PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR. Very quick to take your money and not provide the service. I booked online and paid put all information there measurements etc, only for the driver to lie and say the washing machine was still connected and bearing in mind this machine is a brand new washing machine and still in manufactures packaging all wrapped up, he went on to further lie that it was on a second floor, the place is down stairs on ground floor and has 2 steps to enter, they have responded to say item should be left outside for collection they don't give you collection time, who leaves stuff outside in the rain waiting all day? I've never in a lifetime experienced anything like this, thier customer service is so bad very quick to fob you off have called numerous times, l am having to report to my bank hopefully can get a refund and huge lesson learnt, how many people have they scammed like this it's shameful. Please do not use them if you have money to waste and not bothered about being treated fairly go ahead. I regret not using a more reputable courier and paying more. l will continue to spread awareness of this shameful company far and wide

One of the most dishonest companies I have ever used. Say they have tried to collect to get you to pay rebooking fee. Proved they had not attempted collection as had CCTV footage still keep on lying. Would not use again scammers.

Absolutley disgusting behaviour from this company, my son ordered a spoiler for his new car he insured the part and paid extra for the privilege of making sure it arrived in perfect order, but it didnt! after daily calls to the company to see why it never arrived, they admitted they had lost it (it is the width of a car) for him to call again after the weekend and more excuses finally they found it, when it arrived box ripped open, all scratched and bolts missing, the driver marked it as damaged, so my son calls to say he needs it respaying as its all damaged they say "oh sorry its not covered!!!" so my question is why would you take my sons hard earnt money to insure something you dont insure then refuse to give him the money for even the insurance back? Let alone the money its costing to repair and order new bolts, and the cancelation of the fitter. we have no option but to take this to trading stands! be warned dont let this happen to you, use a reputable company!

I paid for this courier (Paisley Freight) to collect car seats purchased on eBay (separately) and deliver to me. I paid online on 28th August and arranged collection for Weds 2nd September 2020. I was not provided with any tracking information and the courier never arrived. The sender waited in all day on the specified delivery day, and I was only informed that the seats were not arriving when I called up - so no one told me until after the collection window of 8am-6pm. The following day (Thurs 3rd September), same again. No arrival by 5pm, so when I got in touch they said collection can happen anywhere up til 6pm. Still no collection by 6pm, so I contacted them again, and was informed that the ‘truck broke down’ and collection was now delayed another day. 2 days late (Fri 4th September), the seats were eventually collected and the shipment did not have a pallet, even though I specified and paid this service. I also ordered a tail lift, and the senders son had to help carry the package to the lorry. The sender was very frustrated with me / the fact they had to stay in for 3 days, and the only updates when I contacted paisley freight was that the delivery was scheduled, then delayed again and again.. On Monday 7th September, I was told the seats were ‘out for delivery’. Due to work, I had to make last minute plans for my grandfather to receive the delivery. He waited all day and the seats were not delivered, I could not get in touch with Paisley Freight at this point. The next day , they informed me that the seats would be delivered around 45 minutes before they turned up (so it was lucky that someone was still in).  As people generally have work and other things to do, the sender gave me a lot of grief for this, and it has also caused me a lot of inconvenience. For the duration of this order, I have had no tracking info at all (even through the link provided), and all my updates have been from me having to contact the company. This courier was not cheap at £97. The item value of £500 meant it could not be left outside without someone to receive it. It arrived a total of 5 days later than expected and I was told when I made the order. This was NOT the service that I payed for. To top it off, the box arrived damaged. Although the seats were ok (due to the senders careful packing), I don’t think the package was handled particularly well.  As such, I summarised this and requested a full or partial refund for the lack for service, namely: extreme delays without sufficient update, taking up senders and receivers time, causing change to plans / waiting around for days, no pallet on collection. However, paisley freight refused.

No option for no stars , if you want you bike. Damaged or nicked you come to the right place, and get get scammed at every stage, no customer service at all very rude, by the time you need them it’s too late 😡

Warning ⚠️ the most dishonest people ever ,they will sell a box knowing it won’t fit (scam)🤔 by then your committed so you add a bit of cardboard that’s fine everything covered and sealed, na next they steal £65 (scam) For oversized fee , ok well at least Soon you will have Your expensive ebike , how wrong was I the driver left the box on the floor and shot off. The bike was scraped, rear built in led light smashed completely and all the bits and bobs that’s needed to run the bike was nicked they were contained in a pannier secured with cable ties . If you remember at the start the box was not quiet big enough 🤔 Yep you have no case , even paying top dollar for insurance to them ( scam) can’t get to speak to a manager just a supervisor by the name Carol who has the most disrespectful manner my lose is£450 and no chance seeing that 🤬🤬

Don’t bother it’s a scam charge £20 for a box that don’t fit you bike ,but wait they will still your bike up and then charge you an extra £65 on top of the money you probably paid for insurance ( not worth the money just another scam because it will be void your claim due to The bike not fitting in the box in the first place ) and if anything goes missing still not covered fact , read the reviews don’t make the same mistake.

Avoid these guys, they delivered some wheels of mine that were perfectly wrapped and plastered in fragile tape after reporting the damage they are trying to do everything in their power to not try and payout. As it specifically states on their site that items poorly packed will be refused so they have no right to prolonging my claim as the wheels were perfectly packed. This is not the first time using paisley freight but will definitely be my last

Dreadful service. Lost a bike I sent. Carol in customer services was useless and just kept fobbing me off saying looking in to it. They never resolve anything. THEY SUB CONTACT IT OUT TO APC OVERNIGHT SO I WILL GO DIRECT IN FUTURE. Avoid at all costs. No compensation
