I have waited in since 8am this morning with the front door open with the good weather and a dog that rushes to the front door barking when someone even walks past the end of the drive. At just past 5pm I received a message from Paisley Freight alleging a missed collection because no-one was home. No mention of time when the alleged missed pick up happened. It is impossible for their driver to have come to the house I not know about it. The parcel is large and in the hallway and today has been in full view of anyone coming to the house. When delivering the same parcel, Paisley texted the day before to advise / remind me of the delivery, but I received no such communication for the pick up suggesting to me, being a Friday, and the other end of the country from where the driver will be returning tonight, there was, in fact, never any intention to pick up today.

I would give Paisley Frieght zero stars if I could but unfortunately this is not an option here. I booked a collection for a set of van wheels but the driver missed them completely despite being given precise instructions as to their location. Paisley refused to return to the address saying "We do not recommend leaving goods safe, the service you paid for is to hand the goods to the driver." They wanted to charge an additional fee to arrange another collection. This feels very much like a ploy to maximise revenues to me. Also, the company's phones are all out of action and the only method of contact is by email. Questions posed by email are missed and the responses you do receive are rude and curt. I have asked repeatedly for a call back but nobody in the company seemingly has a telephone (personal or otherwise). I would never entrust Paisley again and I would encourage everyone to use a different company. Truly terrible customer service.

If I could leave minus stars, I would. A month later and still no delivery... Attempted delivery but no 'attempted delivery card left' the tracking on their website doesn't make sense so I had no idea the status of the bike. Customer service rude and unhelpful - after assuring my bike would be delivered on a certain day (I stayed home to wait) when I chased for an update I was met with a rude response telling me it would be a different day and that they were actually doing me a favour... (me, a paying customer who still doesn't have the bike a month later...) Fingers crossed it will one day arrive ...

If you value your property don't use *Paisley Freight* they damaged 4x 17" alloys and the so-called insurance is a load of rubbish! It took paisley freight 9 days to come up with an excuse not to pay anything with a picture of an item (Black bag) and doesn't even look like 4x alloys in someone's doorway to refuse any contribution to damage they had done disgusting services!.

Car door must have been thrown on to the van and thrown off the van without stopping door is now scrap. Ohh yeah most items are not covered for damages. Useless company I can't even replace my item due to it being rare.

WHAT A DISGRACEFUL COMPANY….. DO NOT USE Absolute the worst customer service ever, 16 emails and they still didn’t provide a service. They wouldn’t pick up the phone to speak to me, gave the wrong day to uplift my goods ,never turned up, eventually another courier arrived x3 days later with no paperwork but took the items for us, he never heard of Paisley Freight was collecting on behalf of DPD. Emailed PF to say that there was a driver at my door to collect and was this genuine, they wrote back and was told to tell the driver to “go away” Paisley Freight kept hiding behind GDPR but were happy to take my details including address etc etc, basically just abusing the Data Protection Regs to suit their own garbage service. Sub contracted the delivery, then sub contracted again no wonder their service levels were hopeless, they just didn’t get the concept of Customer Service. NO FEEDBACK ON DELIVERY….NOTHING….AND THEY WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST EITHER.

Poor service they blame APC then charge you extra for extra charges well APC don’t charge extra it’s paisley that con u out extra , don’t leave calling cards then say u have to pay extra charges because no one home so have to pay again for re delivery or return can’t phone them when problem all email poor service customer services joke just message going pay pay

The worst company I have had the displeasure to work with for a long time. The lost my £1,200 bike in transit, don't answer their phone, email correspondence is sporadic. They have now offered me £100. But not yet paid it. Avoid at all costs!

We bought a new set of alloy wheels for our Audi, had them sprayed black, had new winter tyres fitted and arranged with this company to collect and deliver them. BIG mistake!!! They delivered 3 and denied the theft. £50 compensation is an absolute joke we’re left with 3 useless alloys and hugely out of pocket! Diabolical company stay well away!

Worst customer service ever. Phonelines do not work, sent over 15 emails. Parcel was due to be collected on 17/12/21, Eventually collected 12 days late due to Paisley Freight’s own fault.

Terrible Company. The wheels were well packaged with protection to the faces. by the time they arrived all of the packaging was removed and the wheels had been placed on their faces. All wheels needed refurbishment at a cost of £300. despite being very well packaged Paisley would not pay compensation as they were not in a box. I would not recommend this company.

Sent some diamond cut Alloy wheels from Liverpool to South end on sea. Wheels were pallet wrapped, but ble wrapped and in Alloy wheel boxes with alot of black tape. My buyer gets the wheels and 2 have been damaged, 1 very badly. Only described as being hit with an axe on the edge. Send a claim email with photos, inside packaging also and external. Fobbed off by them saying they wernt packaged correctly. DO NOT USE

Shocking service, booked a pick up on a Monday and by Wednesday still not done. Claimed they tried twice to pick up which is hogwash as there was somebody home everyday. I cancelled the booking and then only got a part refund! Also can't call them, what kind of company doesn't have a phoneline? Avoid this company and pay the extra for Parcelforce.

What went wrong you ask ,easier asking what went rite ,total crooks firstly told bike box was to big ( only got told that when it was 100 odd miles away so had to pay extra £40only to be told ( the bikes in wales now from originally Fort William Scotland ) it’s only going as far as their depot and some one will have to collect it the guy I sold the bike had to make an hour round trip and luckily have a van to put bike in so I’ve paid for my bike to be delivered get charged extra for being so called over sized in the box ( which it wasn’t ) and my bike didn’t get delivered to the address which I paid for …advoid this shower of crooks at all cost and no Point taking out insurance as it’s worthless ..they won’t pay out under any circumstances
