Awful! Got 4 expensive alloy wheels collected. They were very well packaged. Cracked spokes on wheels and damage on every wheel. Thankfully the sender has videos of driver literally throwing boxes in his van and even dropping one of the boxes. The clang it made was horrendous. Oh and also they didn't deliver in one go... they delivered across two days so had to take 2 days to recieve them all.

made me pay an £20 extra once collected because it was 2cm longer than we said which was because the seller had packaged it and made it slightly bigger. its is very bendy so made absolutely no difference. I've used you loads, but will never again

Subbed it to APC, who delivered 3/4 wheels. Insane?!? Who delivers a set with a missing piece?!?!?

Bad customer service, refused refund. Stopped communicating with me. Had to go direct to apc the actual courier to get my parcel sent. DO NOT USE!

Driver did not arrive on the booked collection day, was given a time of between 5pm and 7pm and there was no show. Customer service line closes at 5pm so no way to find out what was happening. Tried to call at 9.am the following morning but could not get through, was on hold for a long time then the call was terminated. Extremely frustrating. Was then emailled to be advised collection would be later on the second day. Driver finally arrived, he could not speak a word of english, could not answer basic questions. He then took the wheels and threw them into his van with absolutely no care, disgustng behaviour. I just hope the 3 hours I spent packing them up properly saved them from damage caused by the reckless driver's complete lack of care of people's property, he should be sacked from a job like this. I cannot recommend this company, and will never use again. Terrible, avoid if you can.

Awful handling of goods and terrible handling of a complaint also! Paid £270 for them to deliver me something which got dropped off a forklift and completely destroyed (costing me an extra £1100) Apparently this is acceptable handling of goods and its now my problem to cover the costs. Goods damaged due to negligence and a proper duty of care not carried out - in any other industry its not acceptable to just break people's items and take no responsibility for actions.

Wish I could give no stars but one appears to be minimum. Rude and unhelpful staff when there was an issue with one of my 4 parcels. Apparently the last one breached their packaging guidelines but the other 3 were fine?! Refused to give me details of complaint procedure after asking 3 times and said they would no longer take any bookings from me! Don’t worry, wouldn’t dream of using such a shambolic company again. Appears the previous reviews are along the same lines…

Worst parcel company I have ever used, I will not be a returning customer. Poor customer service, generally rude and unhelpful. Unless use of the specific packaging they sell they will hit you with additional charges. Poor tracking, only estimated collection times then don't adhere to these. Generally poor service.

KNOW YOUR PACKAGE SIZE. Ensure you know the exact size of the box you are shipping and know that if it is 1cm oversize, Paisley Freight will sting you with an oversize charge. I'm sure the response will be "we told you about this during booking" but surely 1cm on 160cm is acceptable? Clearly not. I won't be disturbing Paisley with my business in future, not considering how unreasonable my experience was.

Sorry to say driver failed to pick up the wheels the first time he had the phone number of the person ho was sending the wheels to me had to pay £9.99 for new collection day was so hard to try and speak to them no phone number to call them

I would give no stars if I could. This is THE worst delivery service ever! Booked a bike which didn’t state box size so got extra charged for that at 20% extra. Poor tracking information. Failed first collection where driver didn’t see garage open with parcel in and didn’t knock on door. Tried to charge me for that. Was supposed to be next day but they took 2 extra days. When they delivered the parcel they left box flat on its side. The second driver had such a poor attitude and was rude. AVOID!!!

I bought a bike on eBay. Box, delivery and liability cover purchased from Paisley. The bike box was left on my drive with no signature by APC. Box damaged and bike ruined inside despite foam and bubble wrap. Very rough treatment. Paisley then declined the claim as they said no evidence of bubble wrap. PLEASE AVOID.

Terrible! Do not use this service if you are in a hurry. Do not pay for next day delivery as it won’t arrive next day it’ll be more like a week despite being fairly close by. Totally useless bunch. I’m on day 4 this time and still waiting

Paid for next day delivery. Still undelivered a week later. Paid over £90 for a bike ro be delivered. Shambles service, if im paying almost £100 to get something delivered i expect it to be delivered without any drama First and last time using these vegetables

For the past three times parsley freight did not make next day delivery despite saying the chance of next day delivery is 98.7% as the website claimed. For it to happen three times in a roll the chance is 0.2% in real life.

Horrible service! They give you an estimated time of arrival but instead arrive on site way before the time stated then leave! Afterwards it's your problem that they came before the time they've given you thereafter you need to rebook any pay because of their incompetence! The company which Paisley uses they aren't any better they just don't care!!!!!
