My parcel was held at the depot after collection and refused to deliver to driver.i called customer service to ask and the lady was very rude on the phone .she had to hang up on my at first because I read their terms and condition out to her on the site. they had asked me to pay extra 15pounds to the actual 26pounds I paid for bike delivery saying my box was slightly bigger than the required size. also now they are saying I might have to pay double this amount due to the time its being held back without any notice. The customer I sold the bike to has not yet received the item. this is very fraustrating.

Hi Francis, Thank you for taking the time to review our services. We apologise the customer service you received was not up to your expectations. We do not accept boxes bigger than the stated dimensions on the bike service. In future, you can use the quote calculator to book larger items and declare the dimensions. Packaged my precious TT bike carefully with pillows and towels for protection. Paid £45 for delivery. Marked the box 'fragile' and 'this way up'. I can only describe the condition the box arrived in as disgraceful. Would not recommend using this company.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!! DO NOT USE THESE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE ARRIVED TO DELIVER MY PARCEL WITHOUT THE PARCEL DRIVERS WORDS "FORGOTTEN IT IN THE DEPOT!!!!! BAD SERVICE CONTACT CENTRE IS RUDE AND NOT WILLING TO HELP AVOID AT ALL COSTS

As advised by our customer service team, your parcels were not delivered on time as your parcels were separated at the hub and our policy is to wait until all parcels are received at the local depot then they are delivered. We have used Paisley Freight in the past to ship expensive bikes but this was the last time! We used a standard bike box to post a £1,000 bike. They collected it no problem. 3 days later and the bike still has not been posted and the tracking doesn't work. The next day we get an email to say we owe them another £25 or they won't deliver the bike! It's now 4 days after we already paid £49 for next day delivery and they want another £25. Turns out the box was 5cm too big! Paid £75 and they delivered 5 days late. Will never use this company again- total rip off. You have been warned!

Hi Terra, For items bigger than our stated dimensions (1.6m with the sum of the width and height not exceeding 1.2m) we are charged an excess which we then ask the customer to pay if they want to proceed with the booking. Until we receive payment for the excess we cannot continue to ship the product, hence why your bike was late to be delivered. Kind Regards Paisley Freight
Would never use again! Damaged goods I paid them to transport and accepted no liability. Even took out insurance through then and they still refusing not to pay out. Joke of a company!

Never again ! Booked on 19th Oct for a courier to collect a small child’s trike ! Spoke to the advisors online to tell me how to package it and the measurements were fine ! Booked all online to have it collected fine ! Then no delivery !!! Contacted paisley to be informed it’s 19cm too big ! What !!! I now have a disabled little girls birthday Monday to which will now cost me £300 to purchase another one to get it ontime for her ! Disgusting service not a happy customer and would not use again !!!

Hello, We are sorry to hear your parcel was not delivered. As we work with a network of couriers we have to adhere to strict packaging, dimension and weight requirements. Our customer service team would have advised the parcel would be fine for delivery if measurements are within 1.6m (length), with the sum of the width and height not exceeding 1.2m. If the parcel exceeds these dimensions when at the depot then it cannot be sent. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We advise double checking the dimensions before shipping. Very poor service. Charged me £9.99 for a missed collection when i was in all day waiting for them. Even tried telling me the tried to ring me but i didnt have any missed calls. Was unwilling to check with the driver if he was at the right house. Totally unwilling to help

Worst courier ever, their drivers and warehouse staff will not take care of your parcels, even if you label goods as FRAGILE. Their "restricted items" and "send at your own risk" list is a page long. Basically almost anything you send with them will be a restricted item of some sort. They will not take ANY responsibility for the damage and will use their terms and conditions to get out of paying for any claims. Stay clear and use someone else if you want your goods to arrive in one piece.
