“Measurements are shown on the website which aren't applicable for a lot of bike such as 29inch wheels or bikes these days. I got a bike box free from a retailer which was 177cm in length and therefore got charged extra £20 for delivery. Not good enough. Other companies have similar parcel parameters.”

“Great company but really let me down wasted 2 full days waiting for them to pick my parcel up .but I would use them again as not bad on price”

“Delivered a bike for me. Pick up and delivery ok, but charged an extra £15 while it was out on delivery for an 'oversize' package. Was a standard cardboard bike box from Decathlon, so seems like the t&c's would mean that most customers would be charged more for bike couriering than advertised.”

“I can’t fault paisley freight, service but beware that they are just a booking service for other courier companies. APC would not collect parcel as used off road tyres may get damaged in transit without being in a box. £9.99 to re arrange collection after putting in black bags.”

“Slightly confusing as I had a set of 4 wheels delivered by APC Overnight so contacted them to deliver a set of 4 wheels to my customer. APC stated quite emphatically that they no longer deliver parcels of that size and weight so I contacted Paisley Freight. They accepted the contract & took a full payment on 02/01/19 and then told me they are not open until 03/01/19. Who turned up to collect my parcels. YES, APC !!!”

Hi Angus, Paisley Freight and APC are two entirely different entities and we cannot speak for APC as why they have informed yourself they do not take parcels of this size. We are sorry you were not informed we were closed until the 3rd, however, this was listed on the website under the opening hours. We hope this has not put you off using us again in the future.
