“3 years with PactCoffee. When I have my Pact coffee in the morning, it makes my day so happy to have such a lovely fragrance and tasty cup of coffee. I tried other similar companies to taste the different coffees offered, but the level of freshness and selection from Pact is not easily found. When the limited edition comes, I feel happy to support a small farm that worked so hard to produce such a beautiful coffee, by paying a fair price for this amazing work. I am from Brazil, a land with amazing coffees, and I can assure anyone reading this review that even in Brazil, you will find it difficult to find fresh and amazing quality coffee such as the ones delivered by Pact Coffee. Very few companies in Brazil will offer something similar. I highly recommend it, and it is worth treating yourself and supporting farmers.”

“It's the team here, as well a the coffee, that make all the difference. Due to my error, I didnt quite have the subscription setup correctly and the lovely people at Pact got in contact and sorted it straight away. Real humans, real coffee. Thank you Pact.”

“Pact Coffee is the gold standard for coffee suppliers. I love their model, going direct to farmers and cutting out the middle men, and yet their coffee is still competitively priced with other companies providing coffee subscriptions. Pact’s coffees are seasonal, as they should be, and I love the variety that provides. I am still working out what type of coffee I like best, and Pact’s descriptions on their website are really useful for deciding what to try. All my deliveries have been super quick, and I have never had cause to contact customer services about anything in three years. A gem of a company.”

“The advent calendar 2022 was amazing, a different coffee each day with the history behind it, it was a present to me and I made sure I subscribed to a monthly coffee delivery, I kept a list of ones I thought were best and will try them first so I can remember the experience and I will definitely getting another one this year and I’ve recommended to lots of fellow coffee lovers”

“We've ordered Pact coffee advent calendar in 2022 (ground) and this was such a wonderful experinece! Every morning we woke up and opened a new coffee and read a story behind it and it made us to better connect with the whole process from growing to our cups. Great variety, quality and design! I would gladly pay even more than £30 as it's totally worth the experience. What can I say? We started 2023 with Pact subscription :)”

“Coffee selection is excellent. Im subscribed to the select plan which is brilliant because I received a free V60 brewer when I signed up and it makes having amazing coffee at home really easy! 10/10 would recommend!”

“Great coffee. I’m getting a different one each month. Am on my 3rd. All very different characters. It’s good to learn about the farms and who it is made by. The order can easily be delayed by responding to an email sent by pact if one batch is not yet finished meaning it is roasted, packed and sent when you need it.”

“Delighted with Pact as they are an ethical company, B Corp certified, with a very flexible offering, administered through a user friendly web interface. The pricing is sensible, not cheap but good fair value for a sustainable offering that ensure the entire supply chain wins. ...and of course a great choice of coffees to meet all our different preferences. Well done Pact.”
