Pact Coffee is the gold standard for coffee suppliers. I love their model, going direct to farmers and cutting out the middle men, and yet their coffee is still competitively priced with other companies providing coffee subscriptions. Pact’s coffees are seasonal, as they should be, and I love the variety that provides. I am still working out what type of coffee I like best, and Pact’s descriptions on their website are really useful for deciding what to try. All my deliveries have been super quick, and I have never had cause to contact customer services about anything in three years. A gem of a company.
