“I've been a Pact customer for two years. I buy House coffee beans and grind at home. It's a rich, strong coffee but not bitter. I love that I can simply speed up, defer or cancel any delivery by one or two clicks. Delivery pack fits the letter box so it doesn't matter of we are out.”

Hi Justine, we're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our Coffee! That's not to worry at all, we won't force you to start a Plan! For future reference you can set a frequency of your choice, and you've only charged when a bag is sent out, so if you want you can have a 60 day frequency and receive a bag of coffee every two months! “The coffee is disgusting for starters and I’ve tried cancelling this payment for over a month now and some how they are still charging me subscription when I’ve cancelled it”

Unfortunately it doesn’t look like we received a cancellation request via your account, or by email. We can confirm it has now been successfully cancelled. “Great coffee. Hassle-free to order and prompt delivery. Love the ethos of the business. However, it is a real shame you haven't been able to reach your pledge to "switch over to a fully recyclable plastic bag by the end of 2021". Hope this is being worked on so that we can continue to lessen environmental burden whilst continuing to support communities and livelihoods.”

Hey there, First of all... welcome aboard! We're really glad you're enjoying your coffee and our ethos! We are very aware they're not easily recyclable at the moment, unfortunately as it stands to retain the coffees freshness and quality we're not able to offer any alternatives for packaging or sending your coffee just at the moment. However that being said, due to the volume of orders we send out each day, an easily and fully recyclable bag has been something we've been working on for quite some time. It's been a challenge to find the right product, to retain the freshness and quality of the coffee as I mentioned and for it to also be suitable for our letterbox friendly parcels. Unfortunately, this is a challenge that we are still yet to surmount.

“Great coffee, great customer service. I had an issue with a delivery whereby the package was damaged. Having contacted Pact, a replacement delivery was arranged within one hour of my email.”
