Great coffee. Hassle-free to order and prompt delivery. Love the ethos of the business. However, it is a real shame you haven't been able to reach your pledge to "switch over to a fully recyclable plastic bag by the end of 2021". Hope this is being worked on so that we can continue to lessen environmental burden whilst continuing to support communities and livelihoods.
