“Really good service and prompt and thorough responses. In terms of the coffee I couldn't find anything in my price range that was roasted dark or butter enough for my taste. But don't let that put you off as great range of coffees and great service”

Hello Sam, More than happy to help regarding the strength of our coffee! On the supermarket scale of strength, most of our coffees would be classed as either 2 or 3. This is because supermarket coffee is often roasted extremely dark so that you pick up lots of bold and smoky flavours from the roast, ours is roasted a little more lightly to bring out those natural flavours from the bean! To make a stronger coffee, all you need to do is add a little more ground coffee per cup - do check our Brew Guides on our website [here](https://www.pactcoffee.com/brew-guides) for tips! The exceptions are the espresso blends we offer, which would be a 4 or a 5 on that roast scale, making that a really good option for people who like a darker roast. Our permanent espresso blends are the Fruit and Nut Espresso blend and Bourbon Cream Espresso. “Returns and customer service have been amazing. I purchased a Wilda grinder from Pact which failed after just under a year. After a bit of diagnosis using some photos and video, Pact confirmed that it needed to be replaced. They sent a bag of coffee and a V60 filter for me to use while I waited for the replacement and then another bag of coffee when the replacement grinder was delayed. That really was completely unexpected and was possibly the best customer service I’ve experienced from any retailer.”

“I have tried a lot of coffee and I must admit their coffee has never let me down. All the coffee I have received so far tastes superb. They have loads of varieties of coffee to chose from and its easy to get your desired grind depending on what method you used to brew your coffee. It was super easy to set up a subscription plan and I have coffee coming every two weeks. If for whatever reason I don't need to have coffee every two weeks it is very easy to delay your next order. Orders are also very easy to amend if you want to change your coffee or grind size. For anyone who loves truly great tasting coffee which is easily delivered to your door, this is the company for you!”

“I've been with Pact for a few years now and can truly say that theirs is the very best coffee on the market, backed up with fantastic customer service. I've tried lots of other brands but usually end up giving it away. There is nothing that compares, particularly if made with the remarkable Aero Press. Simply the best!”

“I just finished a delightful discussion with Charity concerning a special offer for me as a pioneer customer. In terms of customer service she was brilliant and empathetic and walked me through the process of choosing some new coffees based on my taste profile.
