“First of all we received our order badly damaged (must of been courier because the box was a mess) but outdoor toys were brilliant and sent a new one out and we had it within a few days so I appreciate that a lot and it deserved the higher rating”

“My only reason for knocking a star down was the delivery. No option to change delivery slot, my slot was 4:30pm-6:30pm, so I had to leave work early at short notice to get home otherwise it states if no one is there to take delivery it could take another 7 days, then delivery time was updated to 5:01pm, at 4:51pm I received a message that the driver was just around the corner….the driver arrived at 6:35pm. If that was the case to start with I wouldn’t have needed to leave work early.”

“delievery good, bit worried about split in wood but believe this is not in the guarantee so have put swing up , still in process of putting climbling and slide unit up, so cant coment on this yet”

“Beautiful, sturdy climbing wall and slide. Had to get a carpenter to put it together as no screw or nail Mark's. Took quite some time and added to the overall cost. Grandkids love it!!”

“This is a great trampoline with clear instructions for building. The ladder isn’t so easy to put together and lacks the sturdiness of previous ones we have had but it is still ok. The door could have been bigger but you can still get on the trampoline. Overall though a good quality trampoline and the kids (and big kids) love it.”

“Delivery was on time and overall quality was very good. Some of the dimensions of the wooden supports were different to those in the instructions so that caused a bit of confusion until we figured a way round it, not a big problem. 4 year old loves the climbing frame and uses the area underneath it as a den.”
