“Although we are pleased with the finished slide, it was very difficult to assemble. It was a two person job and took a long time to put together. All holes had to be drilled but there were no markers to indicate where to drill.”

“We bought a Rebo slide which was decent quality once constructed. However, the assembly instructions were wrong in several places meaning we had to correct and rebuild a number of times.”

“Works fine but not as described, definitely dosnt do 14mph, maybe 10 down hill, dosnt move on grass either. But my lad loves it so thank you”

“Was I formed we would have delivery for Christmas but Christmas Eve was told our item wasn't coming till after the 29th December. Very disappointing :-(”

“I was so excited to get my son this car I ordered in October and had a gut feeling to check the box after reading reviews I opened sell and looked in (I didn’t want to take out incase I couldn’t get back in.) turns out I should have BIG DENT in the bonnet. Absolutely devastated. Waiting on a reply on how they will deal with this situation.”

“Rebo Beat The Wall Wooden Swing Set with Double up & Over Climbing Wall – Apex It’s a good quality but not only is there no option from it to be assembled it’s also has 0 pilot hole absolutely nothing ...it took the 3 of us 2 full days from 10:30 till 5:30 to put up and it’s almost killed us I’m we are not builders ! Is it no much to ask for some pilot holes !!!”

“Thank you for my order The car arrived in good time and was delivered ok only concern i have got is i have assembled the car and found that the rear axle does not have enough washers to pack out the wheels the rear axle shaft looks slightly longer than front so when assembled the wheels on back are loose even tho the wheel nuts are tightened up this can be sorted by packing thicker washers on back or more spare washers if possible can you send out extra washers for rear axle i can fix this my self but if other cars are like this you need to sort this problem out. thank you hoping my granson will love his new chrismas present”

“Cannot write review on overall product as we had it delivered with an item missing. I wish this would have been clearly noted before ordering as my 4 year old daughter who has a processing disorder can't work out why we cannot put this up yet. I have spoken to a kind lady who said this will be arriving either today or early next week. That's fine but I wish i would have been notified about this as it caused some upset.”

“The wooden poles didn’t fit, two of the metal holders were dinted making them not circular. We Didn’t noticed this until we started to build it at the weekend. We couldn’t get hold of anyone as your only open Monday- Friday . The children were so excited that we had to make it work by hammering the posts into the post holders. The boat swing tips up. If the parts all work ( fit together easily) it’s great the kids love it but itv was not a pleasure or easy to build.”

“A bit more guidance as to where to place the screws would be helpful. Also the screws used to put on the step stones are not easy. And it would be a good idea to screw the top tread pieces in place before putting the Top side panel in to allow access with screw driver. I’m not sure the 2 screw & bolts holding the slide chute on will be robust enough, fingers crossed they are. Quite complicated to assemble.”
