Product was great but the delivery service was poor just left outside the front door step anyone could have taken it.

I ordered an outdoor swing which arrived in two separate deliveries over a week apart. To add to the frustration, one of the parts was missing. Having said that, customer services acknowledged this quickly and have sent the missing part (yet to arrive). The quality looks good however haven't been able to test/install due to the missing part.

Swing set ok. Was delivered》》》dumped on front grass while we were on holiday. No email to say it was arriving. Ordered weeks before. Thankfully neighbour moved it. These wooden swings are only just strong enough. Iv added some cross members. Made a big difference. Kids love it.

I ordered a new ride on car for my sons birthday, it arrived when scheduled which was good. On opening the box I started to read the assembly instructions to find that they made very little sense as they had clearly been poorly translated from Chinese to English, as I have an engineering background I was able to assemble the car and eventually get it to work. The other problem was that the stickers on the car had already started to peel off so I was told to go and buy some glue to stick them back on! I was originally offered a £5 refund but after I refused this was increased to £10 I do not think the stickers should be peeling off a brand new product before it has even been used and I feel a little insulted by the very small refund.

Great personal service directly when you call. I had to call, as I couldn’t make a payment on the website. Screen just did nothing when I press “pay now”. No message, no instructions, nothing to tell me if a payment had or hadn’t been made. This on all on a weekend. So this generates a phone call on Monday when they are open. Turns out their payment process will not process cards that have been auto filled through the browser or OS. That’s all fine, but with nothing to tell me that on the website it would have made this experience “very poor”, except for for the “first class” customer service on the phone.

The first car arrived and it didn’t work, my husband drove to their warehouse in Welshpool as we were running out of time to get the car for Christmas. At the warehouse he opened 5 cars with the warehouseman and one 1 worked and wasn’t damaged. Then when he got it back home the windscreen didn’t fit in properly. These issues aren’t necessarily outdoor toy’s fault and they were very quick to sort out the issues thus the 3 stars. We had bought the same car from groupon before using outdoor toys and it took us days on the phone for groupon to finally arrange collection so in comparison, outdoor toys did offer good customer service. If you have so many damaged cars, why are you not checking them before they are sent? Surely that would make more sense.
