“Although the delivery took a while the toy I purchased was worth the wait especially when the price was so good compared to other retailers. I made an error and thought I was missing parts so contacted the team at outdoor toys, their response was rapid and they were more than happy to help... I then however realised the error was on my part. Would definitely recommend.”

“I am very pleased with the slide and swing I purchased but customer service is poor. I had a problem as the the swing was delivered with only one pole and the seat, I was on the phone for 15 minutes before anyone answered. The office staff were good once I got through but it was disappointing not to have it ready for my grandson 's birthday.”

“Great product And good instructions, missing some bolts and when I spoke to the team they got a whole new set sent out. Some of the timbers have split, but all in all a good sturdy product”

“We bought the swing suitable for smaller gardens as we didn't want it to take up too much room. As grandparents we wanted a swing for the grandchildren but didn't want it to be too obvious in our garden. This swing fits nicely and was easy to put together in less than an hour. Very happy.”

“The monkey bars we bought are excellent and very solid. All packages arrived promptly and we had good customer service online. I'd advise buying the pegs that screw into the bottom of the swing frame and into the ground otherwise it wobbles.”

“Ordered the 4 in 1 swing set (extra ladder and rope on the ends). Competitive price eve with the extra £40 delivery for my area. Very simple to assemble - the instructions are terrible, for too small to see details. was missing a couple of washers and a couple of black bungs for the coach screw covers. recommended!”
