“The service and speed of delivery was excellent. My only issue is that this item took flat pack to another leave. It was literally piece of wood cut to size. We had to drill and measure every single hole to assemble the bench. We drilled a few holes too deep meaning we couldn’t get the screws to tighten. For a child’s garden bench costing £90 I at least expected the holes to be drilled so we could just screw it together. For this reason it’s a little less than perfect which I’m disappointed with. The description states that it’s a sturdy and well built table, you can’t say that if you haven’t built it.”

“Delivery took about 3 weeks , we ordered the rebo swingset set with climbing wall, was delivered with parts missing but they quickly sorted it out.happy with purchase good quality”

“These anchors did the job on an outdoor climbing frame (cemented in) but I did think that they were extremely pricey for what they are. But that’s what all these sorts of anchors cost so not much choice. Only been in a week so not able to comment on durability”

“Great swing and slide set my daughter loves it. The one thing I would say is the sides at the top of the slide could be higher but other than that it's a great purchase and I highly recommend.”

“We are SO happy with our swing set and slide- it looks great and the kids love it. Delivery was around 4weeks which is understandable with the pandemic but when i chased it at 3weeks (it said in stock on the website at a £200 extra price tag!) i got a really patronising response!! The instructions for the swing itself are poor- infact they were the wrong way around. Unfortunately there is no telephone number to call. slide section instructions were great. I wasnt expecting to drill every single hole and there were no markings but i got there in the end!!”

“Quick delivery and very good quality of the components. 4 stars because i) the instructions are poor and not detailed (more attention could be paid in the sequence of the steps and the dimensions annotation), ii) the boxes arrived in full of moisture (not sure whether this is a fault of outdoor toys or the delivery service).”

“Lovely product, very sturdy and easy to assemble. It didn't come with carabiners or rope extensions to attach it to our existng swing frame and Outdoor Toys don't sell them, so I had to order them and some rope extensions from elsewhere. However, since the swing has been up, it has been very popular, robust and good fun.”

“We bought the Range Rover evoque in white for our sons 3rd birthday paid extra for another battery, the motors and all the important parts come pre installed there is only 1 wire to connect under the bonnet, wheels were easy so install as was the castors when the battery is flat. The only issue I have is the windscreen seems to be poorly molded and doesn’t fit properly, nothing abit of guerilla glue can’t fix. overall we are very happy with our purchase and would order through outdoor toys again in the future. 9/10 because of poorly fitted windscreen”
