“Car is amazing, came really quickly and my little boy (age 6) Absolutely loves it. Only down fall are instructions are quite hard to understand but we had a laugh reading them and building it. Thumbs up for the Range Rover.”

“Purchased the 12v quads was disappointed to find out after purchase that despite a 12 hour charge only lasts about an hour of run time. Outdoor toys gave us the gasser chargers as a good will gesture. They were helpful and friendly. Advertising run time is my only suggestion. Quads are good quality and the kids love them. Only has a 6 month warranty despite being an electrical item in the UK.”

“Ordered a swing set on preorder, arrived a lot sooner than planned so we were very happy with that. I presume due to covid pressure there were issues with delivery, it was apparently posted 2 weeks before it was received (3-5 day delivery time in email).. the delivery company were saying they hadn’t received it when I tried to track it so that was confusing but got there in the end. The wooden poles are pretty cracked but after emails I have been assured this is normal and won’t effect the swing strength or durability. A lot of the holes are not predrilled so you do need a good set of tools and quite a few hours to construct this yourself. All in all now it’s up the kids love it and it looks great so we are pleased.”

“First time I used outdoors toys and so I was a little anxious about all that could go wrong. As the trampoline I wanted was out of stock I had to wait for new stock to arrive. I receive an email earlier than expected to say the item had been dispatched and it arrived a few days later. I wasn't able to track the package but given the crisis at the moment that is understandable. I'm really pleased with the trampoline and it renewed my confidence in ordering from lesser known companies”

“The trampoline arrived weeks before we expected it to, everything was included in the boxes, 1 washes short but we could have lost that!!! Assembly was fairly straightforward with a couple of quirky parts that were tricky! The trampoline is sturdy and clearly durable but the bounce isn’t as good as we hoped it would be”

“Pleased with our mud kitchen - sturdy and a great size. Be aware though that the pack just involves several pieces of wood that needs to be drilled together with no markings or pre drilled holes. Still turned out well! My only issue is that our kitchen was meant to come with a free set of pots and pans which didn't arrive.”

“The toys are great Andy boys love them. However I could have done with a few more updates about delivery and the trapeze swing wasnt short enough when shortened I've had to knot it a few times, it could do with a redesign in this area.”

“Fast delivery. Just beware the dome is surprisingly difficult to build. My partner's a whiz at building flatpack but this took us both nearly 5 hours to complete. Kids love it though.”

“Very good service. It arrived long before expected and we are pleased with our purchase. The only thing I would say is that the assembly instructions are not very clear and give some wrong information. We had to YouTube some videos to help us.”
