REBO wooden swing set with up and over climbing wall. I don't think that I have ever written a negative review before but it just may be the only way to get a response from this company; After placing my order on the 10th of May with an 8 day delivery I was then informed on the 17th that there would be a delay. On the 24th I was informed it had been dispatched. On the 28th 2 boxes turned up. These were 2 of 7 items making up the order. I tried to call on the 29th and was on hold for an hour and seven minuets with no answer. I then wrote to inform them that only part of the order had arrived and got an auto reply back saying that they were very busy and would reply as soon as possible and please don't send multiple emails. The other items arrived over two further deliveries on the 31/May and the 4th of June. there is 1 bar missing from the nest swing so it cant be assembled. To date despite multiple emails and telephone calls I have had NO contact from this company regarding my queries (apart fro auto generated emails), We now have an incomplete swing set with up and over climbing wall and no apparent way of resolving the problem short of buying another nest swing from another supplier.

Well... The instructions are very poor in places. Parts where missing... They did come eventually but there was not information about this it just showed up. Also we have a damaged seat for the toddler swing and I think 30mins on hold is too long, plus there is no response to emails. we need this changing as little man can pinch himself if he uses the seat as it is. What we have is usable and the kids do love it but I would not recommend using outdoor toys.

I purchased this item, it took longer than stated for it to start to arrive. I had to chase this up and then I received only part of the order, it took 3 days over 3 different deliveries for it to arrive. We then put it together and were happy with the product. However within a month of building it one of the bars bent. I have then spent several hours on hold trying to talk to someone about getting a replacement part to no avail, no one has ever picked up the phone. I have sent emails, several of them, to receive an automated reply saying they a receiving a high volume and to please be patient. I then got an email a few weeks later after another chase up email asking for photos of the part to see how we move forward. I am now another few weeks on and have not received any further response. The customer service from this company as absolutely appalling, spend your money somewhere else . I first reported my problem a month ago and I still have had no real communication.

Same as many reviews on here ! If I’d read these before purchasing i would’ve never bothered !!! Shocking customer service , after ringing the contact number on their website numerous times , being left holding for 50 minutes plus before giving up, as a busy mum I don’t have time for that ! We ordered an electric ride on car for my son’s first birthday which arrived damaged. I emailed with pictures straight away and I’m still awaiting a response after 3 days which I feel is completely unacceptable ! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this Sham of a company

Poor is the polite response. When trying to call you're in a queue of in known length nor what position you’re in, several occasions of 40-50+ waiting times before I gave up as busy. Email communication horrendous and people do not call you if you request them to. I ordered over a month ago for an 8-10 day delivery which I still do not have so have missed my sons birthday. Based on recent reviews I’m not the only one, I’ll be escalating. Been on companies house to get directors names who I’ll also be contacting directly. ** Update** Delivered finally..... incomplete.... delivery company says have to ask Outdoor Toys... easier said than done. Avoid this company at all costs, absolutely terrible service in every aspect. One star is one too many.

Same as everyone Else 4 weeks later. Only half of the swing. Customer service takes a week or two to reply. Received a nice email blaming the delivery company. When I went to request a return it says I have to pay to send it back which I don't thinks fair. Good luck

I have received my trampoline and some parts are missing. There was no assembly instructions at all nor a list of parts. We now have a trampoline without a safety enclosure. Please answer the phone to your customers Outdoor Toys

Customer service is non existing. They seem to be at war with their courier. They dispatch their items without proper packaging which allows lots of room for error. The courier only delivered part of my order and according to them this is because outdoor toys only shipped part of my order (after 3 weeks of waiting). I've tried to chase this up all day and have gotten no where as no one wants to help. Absolutely not worth the hassle.

terrible customer service. - been trying to order spare trampoline parts for over 2 months now via emails back and forth and they have been extremely slow to respond and when they do, have been unable to tell me which parts to order or how to do it!! Trying to call them I have been waiting for 30 mins for someone to answer the phone.

I ordered playhouse, swing and a monkey bar. The order was delivered but there were some parts missing with the order. I have tried contacting them for more than a week now through phone and email. There has been no response at all. It is my daughter's birthday and I want to get it assembled before that. This is really bad experience.

Please dont order from this company still waiting on a children's swing 3 weeks later Ordered 11th May - Review added 30th May Nobody has an answer on where or when my order will be delivered 1hr waiting on the phone to speak to someone Will be adding this review to Google & TrustPilot

Placed an order 5th May 24, it said delivery between 10 to 14 days. Well they delivered 4 pieces of the slide swing set on the 28th after asking for a refund, then another part of it was delivered yesterday, still missing the other two parts of it, again I have emailed asking for a refund and for them to pick it up. I bought it for a birthday present, but the birthday has been and gone now. Never will I use this company again. No one ever seems to answer the phone and emails take days to answer, shocking customer service.

Absolutely No Communication. Order placed 06/04 and I received no call, email or message in the subsequent 6 weeks. Thought perhaps I’d been scammed as no one answers the phone (it’s just a recorded message on a loop). Emails were answered after a week or so with “I’ll find out’ obviously they never got back to me. Just when I’d contacted my credit card to try and get my money back a lovely fitter called me, I dealt with him from then on, although of course this is not his job. He assembled the playhouse tower for me today 29/05 and did a great job.

I bought a swing and slide set and because the products can be purchased individually, the instructions only include how to make the, not how to interconnect them. So i've been sat on hold for nearly 2 hours whilst sat in the garden trying to get this built for my children. They clearly only care about sales, not after sale support so buy with caution. Any issues likely won't get resolved.

They will not answer the phone 40minutes and still no answer a week if at all to respond to an email and if you need to return an item its at your expense ,a large or heavy item would cost in the hundreds . I woukd recommend to go elsewhere incase of any issues ,terrible service .

Do not order from this company. The order was not delivered in the time frame provided. When it was finally delivered, there was one of the deliveries missing. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone with Dx to find it was never delivered to Dx. I spent 3/4 waiting to get through to OutdoorToys. When I finally did the employee named Pete kindly help me identify the missing parts and promised me without fail they would be dispatched for Saturday morning delivery and even kindly confirmed this by email. This was on Friday 24th May. In the afternoon I responded to the email, and tried to call as I did not receive any confirmation from the next day delivery firm. - no response. I called and waited on hold for 1/2 hour - no response. I chased by email again - no reponse. This was the last of the communication. The missing part did not arrive on the Saturday as promised. I waited in all morning just in case. I have had to source my own supplies to finish the build. It was a birthday present for my 6 year old son. It was meant to be delivered one week before his birthday, it was partially delivered one week after his birthday. I had to build it at the weekend and finish with my own suppliers as he is distraught. There have been no responses to my follow-up emails. I write this review as I can see that the company is responding to these feedbacks in an attempt to get a response. I also write this review to warn others, as many other reviews have said - do not buy from this company. My apologies Outdoor Toys, these things happen but you need to sort out these issues as they happen and keep promises.

Incomplete delivery. I only received one piece of wood for a double swing. Customer service is appalling. I rang them 2 weeks ago and gave heard nothing.

THE WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM, I order a swing/climbing frame set on 17h April. 14th May i received half an order. i have spent a total of 4.5 hours on the phone to be told on numerous occasions my missing parts were being dispatched that day....nothing has come, no tracking or anything. seems like these reviews are all similar. i wish i had known. Still no further forward with my missing parts. how on earth a company can run like this i have no idea.....STAY WELL CLEAR unless you want half an order!!!!

We ordered a toddler swing on April 29th for our grandson’s birthday on May 20th. We checked delivery times and ascertained that the item would arrive in plenty of time. We received a text and email from DX delivery on May 13th to say that the swing would be delivered that day. What actually arrived was the seat, fittings and crossbar. I contacted DX delivery who said they had no more items to deliver. I phoned Outdoor Toys and when I eventually got through, I was told they would immediately dispatch another set of upright poles with priority delivery and that they should arrive by the end of the week - a couple of days before the birthday. Sadly there was still no sign of the poles by my grandson’s birthday. I phoned Outdoor Toys again but gave up after spending 45 minutes on hold. I sent an email to which I’ve had no response other than to acknowledge receipt of my email. This morning, May 23rd, the upright poles arrived. We had no text or email giving us a delivery time but we discovered them on the drive when we went out late morning. We’re very glad that the poles have arrived, at last, but sadly my little grandson’s birthday has now been and the family returned home yesterday. Whether the missing upright poles was the fault of Outdoor Toys or DX delivery, I don’t know, but we’re extremely disappointed with the service we’ve had and won’t be ordering anything from Outdoor Toys in the future.
