“Ordered on the 18th April 24. Delivery way past expected date. Customer service email replied said should ship on 7th May 24. Still no shipment. Would not recommend.”

“Ordered 20th April. Spoke with someone on the 3rd May as I had not heard anything and it had been 10 standard working days. She informed me it would be delivered 10th May. I said I needed it for the Friday as it was for my daughters birthday. I was informed it would be here. Rang today 8th May as we still hadn't had a dispatch email to be told it wouldn't be here until the following week. This will now be after my daughters birthday so her present will now be ruined.”

“I ordered Rebo Wooden Garden Double Swing Sets - Luna. During the order process the estimated delivery time was 7-10 business days. It's been 6 business days since the order and I haven't received any confirmation if the order is being processed or any updates on estimated delivery date or time. I've emailed customer service (info at outdoortoys com), no reply. I called customer service (tel:01691 888924), was on hold for 30 minutes, no answer. The communication has been non-existent. I'm now wondering if I've been swindled out of £156.99 and I'll never get the swing set or my money back. I'd like the customer service to respond to my queries, and if the product is not available anymore, I'd like a refund.”

“Part missing on delivery, so emailed to ask for a replacement...10 days ago!!!!! I have now been on hold for 15 minutes with no sign of answering...rather than tell me there is a queue, the constant sales message trying to get me to buy more. Once I have the replacement part, I won't be using again - not happy.”

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED I placed an order for a double swing set for my daughter’s birthday on 20th April. It wasn’t delivered in time for her birthday and when it was delivered several parts were missing. It is now the 3rd May and we are still awaiting the missing parts despite a phone call everyday of the week and promises that they items will be expressed to us. Waiting in excess of 20-30 mins each time to speak to someone. This company is a total and utter shambles. I wish we had made our purchase elsewhere as this is a joke. 4 days after my daughters birthday and we still cannot build her present due to this S*** company and their total lack of compassion. Bank holiday weekend and she cannot play on her swing set. I would strongly suggest that you make your purchase elsewhere.”

“WARNING: Do not order from this company unless you are willing to wait around a month for your order. When ordering my item I was told 7 working days, we are now well over that period. Communication back through email has been extremely slow and vague regarding the arrival of my items. Managed to get through to customer service after a very long wait on the phone to be told there's nothing they can do and I'll have to wait longer. We are now on 3 weeks going onto a month wait for this item. This item was a present for my daughter's birthday - as a centre piece for her garden party, which it now won't arrive in time for. What a disappointment. Be warned. 7 day delivery is a lie.”

“No Service at all. No reply to various emails and no one answering the phones. We bought a swing that arrived to a work address (after trying and failing to change it) in 4 different deliveries one of which had the seat poles just sticking outside a hole in the box and had clearly been sent like this. The main cross beam has splits in it. The circular swing seat looks like it was returned by someone else as won't fit together and it was scratched. I will have to try to fix it myself. If I had paid by credit card I would have reported it and claimed the money back by sadly didn't. I am only posting this as I would hate for someone to buy a larger more expensive item and not get it. They are cheaper than their competitors but there is always a reason for this. Hopeless. Avoid this company they will upset you and your children !”

“Non-existent customer service and even worse delivery service. Ordered a slide 3 weeks ago and still heard nothing. As the majority of other reviews say, I’ve had no replies to emails and almost impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. Looks like this gift will miss my daughter’s birthday. If you are to use this company, order MONTHS before you require your product and you might strike lucky.”

“On April 12, I ordered a swing and slides worth £390 as a birthday gift for my daughter. So far I have received only half of the order. One board each day. There is no slide and house. 2 hours a day on the phone, sending emails without any response. It's terrible how they treat customers, I don't recommend avoiding them and not buying anything. I have no money or a gift for my daughter!!!”

“Multiple, bit part, deliveries, order placed on March 31st and still incomplete. Have tried phoning at least 6 times to be on hold and then cut off after 30mins. No effective response to email. Shambolic.”

“Been emailing this company an electric childs Landrover when turned on makes a loud beeping then cannot turn car off have to keep plugging in charger to the inlet to turn the radio/car off have had no response and by the look of things many people on Facebook been experiencing the same issue with this company not responding. My advice steer clear. When going through Companies House looks like many change of hands not a good look.”

“Delivery communications are poor. Our items have taken 3 weeks to arrive and we still only have 7 of our 11 packages so we can't build our climbing frame. This was meant to arrive for my granddaughter's 1st birthday party. My daughter raised a complaint to outdoor toys over a week ago and still no one has been bothered to reply. We have no communications or updates on where the other items are or if they're evening coming at all. We are considering cancelling the entire order and buying from somewhere else as it's been a shambles from start to finish. This is not the service you expect when spending almost £1,000 of products. We will never use this site again. Please read other similar reviews and do not purchase from here!!!!”

“Order placed over 2 weeks ago for my little girls birthday. No communication from them. Tried emailing, still no response after 5 days. Tried calling 30mins nothing, 18mins nothing then a 12min call still trying to be connected cut off. All whilst playing their fantastic reviews whilst on hold. Laughable. Terrible service”

“Although I had an issue with my order (some fixings were missing), the after sales customer service I received was excellent. I emailed to advise of the issues & Becky came back to me with a number of options to put this right. She was very apologetic, explained that this is something that doesn’t normally happen & was keen to make sure I was satisfied with how they resolved my issues.”

“i ordered a slide/swing combination it quoted 5 day delivery on site, two weeks later i had one delivery of some of the parts, then another delivery, with more parts, packing list or build instructions, the main part being the slide has still not arrived, i have emailed the company 3 times with no reply, i have now emailed their returns department but don't hold out much hope, this company is absolutely shocking it amounts to theft, they take your money then don't send the goods!”

“Absolutely appalling service i ordered my daughters birthday present on 15/04/2024 delivery said 6-7 working days so left me plenty of time for any mishaps that do occasionally happen ( birthday is 26th ) . 3 days passed and i still hadnt had an email update, so i emailed, the next day i called for 22 mins no answer and emailed then the following day ( 2 days until birthday ) i re called and finally got through. I was told they had lots of orders and only 12 people on their team.. sorry, but not my problem at all. The rude and useless women on the phone informed me that the climbing frame will not arrive with me until Monday/Tuesday. My daughters birthday is Friday. The item in question is STILL showing online as 6-7 business day delivery. She did un willingly offer me a refund, which is no good as that will take 2-5 days to go back on my card so i am no better off. She showed no compassion what so ever didn’t offer any compensation, she wasn’t even very apologetic. Would avoid this company like the plague. We are not talking a small order value either, £395 and now due to out door toys having ‘ a small team ‘ my daughter has no main birthday present to wake up to. Shocking customer service and don’t stick to their delivery dates stated will never use again and advise anyone with a brain cell not to either”

“I would warn anyone thinking of buying goods from this company don't! I ordered a gift for my Grandsons birthday and it never arrived. I have to contact the company to find out where is was 2 weeks after ordering it only to be told that it had been damaged in transit (which i don't believe). When would they have contacted me?”

“An unusual mess. This was a set of 4 items, totalling 1300 GBP. (kids climbing frame+roof+firemans pole+mat) Staff were kind, friendly and professional. but 50% of what was ordered was entirely missing, with a couple of structural beams cracked. Because of the late delivery, I was in the position where I had a screaming 6 year old wanting her monkey bars; and I have some skill with woodwork. (It was also a long weekend) So I manufactured the missing peices myself. A manager promised to call me, (set a time and everything) .... never did. Eventually filed a section 75 via my credit card company. I have no idea what went wrong, but ... still fighting this company on this one. (Well I say fighting, they have not updated me over 2 weeks at this point, the only offer of refund or other was 187 GBP - around 15% ish of the what it cost.) I just want to add on this review, I said the staff was good - they was; except the manager at the end and the insane wait times it was all smooth; so I am reviewing on work experience. Also. the refund still has not happened. No one has even actually asked me to this point exacly what is missing or broken.”
