“I reset the fuse and the machine worked. I then purchased some new filters. Unfortunately a showtime after this the machine started playing up again and felt very hot and was making strange noises. As it is 3 years old I have now disposed of the machine. I feel disappointed that I spent about £60 on new filters now. However the machine has served me well for the past 3years. Thanks. Mike.”

“As before, Osmio's ordering system, delivery and products have been very good. The only omission was the absence of a confirmatory email for the order, as the courier's order receipt confirmation was the first indication that the order was being processed. Otherwise all fine.”

“The machine is prone to regular failures and I'm disappointed the company Osmio Water does not accept the warranty of the product due to hard water. Simply unnacceptable. For the cost it is not worth it. Never again.”

“The water on the East Coast is noted for limescale, not pleasant to drink. The difference was instantly noticeable when the Osmio filter system was fitted. I can drink the water and no more limescale deposits on fixtures and fittings. Can highly recommend.”
