“Have used these before, this is the first time I bought it direct & found the service very good and it was cheaper than previous purchases. Recommended, takes minutes to refit. In our area of Nottinghamshire I don't think they go the full year.”

“We drink a lot of sparkling water but being aware of the plastic bottles and the weight we decided to buy a fancy Soda Stream gadget. That fizzes the water ok but the London tap water does not taste good, lots of chlorine. So we bought a Brita jug which made a huge improvement. Except we then started using the filtered water for making tea , coffee, poaching eggs, cooking veg etc etc I spent forever filling that jug! After a couple of weeks I started looking for an alternative filter system and came across this one. Simple to fit and small enough to go at the back of the cupboard and works really well We did taste comparisons between this and Brita and found no difference in taste Needless to say very happy with it”

“Our water supplier do not provide details how they threat tap water and recently I've started discovering how bad it smells. I was looking for countertop water filter that would not require instalation ideally with hot water function. No major/international brands are selling RO filters, prices are high and Osmio is one of cheepest on market. Device it self is ok. Water doesn't smell now so all good! Filling a cup of hot water takes ~30 sec. Standard sodastream bottle can't fit under nozzle so you have to hold it for like 90sec.”

“I ordered the Travel Berkey water purification system on the Friday, dispatched on Saturday, delivered on Monday. Product came in immaculate condition and as specified. I am beyond elated with the whole service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Osmio Water.”

“Just to say we purchased a Tri flow and although we had a slight problem with the smaller tap (for the mains water) working loose the way this was dealt with was great. Firstly Osmio made a couple of suggestions and sent a video showing what to do. Secondly when this unfortunately didn't do the trick a replacement part was sent out next day without any quibble and that has done the job. Sometimes problems arise with a product but how the complaint gets handled is the mark of a company. Osimo handled it brilliantly.”
